PROs- quantity and quality of fries
CONs- too much quantity and ok once in a while
Conveniently located within menlo park mall. This shop is new and we wanted to try it . They had some samples outside – regular fries .. the menu looked tempting . There were only 2 options for veggies and we chose the nacho fries… no one in the queue but it took someone 5-8 mins to take our order . Service was a bit slow while ordering . The lady who made the fries was quick …
The quality and taste of the nscho fries was good .. but it just fills up your tummy . We got a large pack for 3 of us and we couldn’t even eat 25% of the pack .. should have ordered a small one . Good concept .. liked mixing all these with fries . .. we liked their chipotle sauce . Parking is outside in the mall and is heavily crowded mostly . We liked it overall.

NY Fries was incredibly delicious, loved the Poutine with Pulled Pork BBQ and Cheese Curds. Went to Canada a year ago Jul. where I ate some different types of Poutine. NY Fries does it great. I hope more locations pop up in NJ. I’ll be coming back to try more things.

Was so excited to try this new place. Ordered a loaded fries and chili dog combo. Price was expensive at $17. My name was called and opened my package later and it was just a plain fries. So disappointing. Contacted customer service and was told a gift card was to be mailed to my house. 3 weeks later and still no gift card. At this point I’m just done being let down by this place. Would not recommend at all

I tried to get a large fry at 7:50 pm and the manager George told me they were not serving large fries anymore since they were going to close in an hour at 9:00 pm. But proceeded to let me buy 3 small fries which is equivalent to 1 large fry… what sense does this make? The 3 small fries were $24 and one large fry is $12. This is absolutely absurd. He was rude and you could clearly tell he did not want to be there. With an hour left to close, there was more than enough time to make me a batch of fries. He just did not want to fry anymore at this time. Pure laziness. Terrible customer service!

Terrible service… Went in again to give it a second chance and was denied service being that they closed in 15 minutes and were not serving anymore… they were closing down and cleaning everything while the other food places in the food court were still open and serving until the mall’s closing hours. When I reached out to customer service about my first bad experience, they made it seem like they cared and would attempt to give me a resolution but never did anything about it. This place does not care about their customers’ experience. Do not go here. You will be disappointed.

Very bad experience.. the person at counter was rude.. I asked for Veggies fries but he gave truffle ones.. when confronted he agreed that I ordered this only. Even the order ordered regular fries were not crispy and cold.. when asked for ketchup, he didn’t even informed it kept at side
