I placed two orders for this restaurant on door dash the same day. I had one order delivered while the other one has set in limbo for over an hour. Both were fried foods so there is no reason for it to take long right? I spoke with door dash and they stated that the restaurant was taking to long to fill the order and the suggested I cancel. Since I’ve already ordered what I wanted I decided to call the store to find out what was going on how ever there is no answer. I have called multiple times and have yet to get an answer.

They got my order wrong. They only delivered my sides but not my chicken. When I told them about it, they refused to send a driver back with the rest of my order. I will not order from here again. If I paid, you should want your customer to have their food. Luckily I was able to get a refund.
