If you’re from New York or you want New York atmosphere you have to try this place! Came in on a Saturday afternoon great service great food. I had the tuna out my partner had the Reuben we got some fries and a 10 out of 10 everybody needs to eat here!!

Absolutely the best place I’ve eaten at all year, they don’t make em like they use to. Service was on point, checking back within two minutes/two bites of getting our food, pleasant, good conversation. It’s so hard to find that type of service nowadays. Food was solid, and it’s always a pleasure to find somewhere that will serve gluten free sandwiches. Will be back!

This is a classic New York style Jewish deli. The mushroom barley soup was excellent, and the matzo ball soup was also wonderful. We had the classic Ruben open-faced with pastrami and corned beef. The pastrami seemed a bit dry. We will definitely come back and try some of the other foods. They had an enormous menu with lots of lunch and breakfast items to choose from.

Just an old classic with such consistently good food. If I were to have a ‘Last Breakfast’, I’d go here for the lox and bagels and an orange juice and coffee ☕️ ! Pickles were a nice table gesture- and rye bread here is so good.

I ordered to-go and had a decent lunch. When I opened the pickle wrapper, it appeared to have small bites taken out of it along the edge.
One thing that has always been a little off-putting is how they leave bowls of loose pickle spears on the table.
It would appear I received a pickle that was previously chewed on by someone else, most likely a child.
This was very disheartening and nauseating to say the least…

New York Deli News serves all-day breakfast, huge sandwiches, and has an entree menu. They fly their deli meats and bagels in from New York so you can rest assured you’re getting the real deal. That being said, I really don’t think it affects their costs that much. We think they’re pretty reasonable. It’s comfort food, but really good comfort food. It does get busier on the weekends, which is to be expected. The service was excellent and the atmosphere, though slightly dated, reminds me of a restaurant we used to go to when I was a little kid. We do recommend the New York Deli News!

The tomato soup was delicious. They offer great gluten free bread for the sandwiches. The restaurant is nice and cozy inside, and our server, Kevin, was wonderful. They offer small and large sized portions for the sandwiches. We got the small size, and it was a great standard sandwich size. I imagine the large to make you feel super full or give you leftovers. I liked this restaurant much better than the similar restaurant Bagel Deli. Love how they are open late.

I’m only rating it a 5☆, for Susan, other than that, the food was not good. Susan is an amazing server! Amazing customer service. I ordered the Brisket & Pastrami w/ Swiss, and it dry, flavorless. The cheese wasn’t melted. Cold sandwich. After the 3rd bite, I was tired of it. I would not recommend the sandwich. My wife ordered the Grilled Reuben w/ Corned Beef & Pastrami, and the results were similar, with the exception that the cheese was melted. 1/5 for the food. 5/5, for Susan. I would not recommend this place for the food.

New York Deli used to have huge portions and excellent tasting food. Unfortunately when we have ordered delivery the last couple times the portions keep getting smaller and perhaps the price has gone up. The food still tastes decent. Sometime we would like to go there to eat to see if we like it better at the restaurant. Unfortunately I am wheelchair bound for the time being and we can’t remember if they are handicap accessible.

What a delicious experience! Diner offers large portions and inexpensive prices! They had Borcht which was amazing! So yummy! My husband had breakfast while I ate lunch foods! Service was good, atmosphere reminiscent of New York! Delicious carrot cake and cheesecake!
