Called ahead and ordered a take out dinner. I had the pork with mushroom And my husband had the general tso and we split an order of crab ragoons. It was a total of $35. In my opinion it wasn’t worth the money. The portions were huge but the food itself was very bland and didn’t have a lot of flavor to it. The food was hot and fresh. The ragoons were the best thing out of our whole dinner It took forever to get their attention when we got there and then was told it still wasn’t ready when they said it would be in twenty minutes so we waited an additional 10 minutes. I wouldn’t go back.

Filthy disgusting place it lacks sanitation, bathrooms full of roaches… food tastes like bland puke! It’s served in Styrofoam and plastic silverware. Look at the pictures…nuff said.

I’m not sure why there’s so many bad negative reviews, we went for an order to pick up and take home and the food was good, one plate was enough to feed 2 people. Everything was good

Called in my order and was told 20-25 minutes. Showed up right at 25 and they had lost my order. The kitchen was a mess at best and no real ordering system. She said they had already started my order. (They had not) 15 minutes later they finally called my name.

Okay, I moved to Las Vegas in August 2021 from Brooklyn, NY. In October 2021, i was craving Chinese. I saw New York Chinese and thought well maybe this will be as good as home. I got chicken wings with lo mein and my husband got boneless spare rib tips. I asked for duck sauce they didn’t have it but I expected that. In NY we put BBQ, Hot sauce and ketchup on our wings. I asked for a side of BBQ sauce, given to me no problem. I found the chicken wings to be pretty good. Did not enjoy the long mein at all but the BBQ sauce was good. I decided I wouldn’t try any more Chinese food in Vegas including this restaurant. I would just wait to visit NY to get my fix which in November 21, I did because I went to visit NY.

I’ve eaten a lot of Chinese food but this place gave me some bad stomach pains..Its like being constipated but but periodically having waves of cramps and pains and a headache. It was awful. I’ve only eaten 1/3 of it and the rice portion was very small. I ordered the Chef’s Special “Happy Family”, I guess the menu prices are outdated on google? It came out to be around $18-19 and I had to throw it away because I believe I had food poisoning. My friend had gone to the restaurant to pick up the order but he felt uncomfortable because of how many crackheads were in there. I’d say don’t bother with this place, I don’t know what their food grade certificate is but it can’t possibly be an A.

Excellent food and large portions. The employees were great and very friendly. I’m not sure what the difference is between New York Chinese and Las Vegas Chinese is but we will definitely be back. The egg rolls were different in a great way.

I just tried New York Chinese restaurant for the first time, as a delivery order. I have now ordered from here several times since. The delivery was quick. The food arrived hot and delicious. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. (I recommend looking at their family dinner options too, as you might find it a much better bang for your buck.) They won’t exactly point out the special. So first, figure out what you want, then see if it’s covered in the dinner special. It could make a $15 difference.

Ordered for delivery. Most of the food came hot and good but there was a long thick black hair on the mongolian beef which clearly indicated that no hair net was used. The house special rice had all kind of unrecognizable meat and the menu doesn’t specify what’s so special.. very disappointing..
