New York bagelry is a solid option for bagels, breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches. My only complaint is that many of the staff do not know what goes on their sandwiches. I love the Turkey Club sandwich; however almost every time it is always missing an important ingredient. Sometimes it’s missing cheese, sometimes Bacon, sometimes Mayo, I almost never get the entire sandwich with all the ingredients it’s supposed to have. The photo below is the one I got today, I even made sure when I ordered to say “a Turkey club with everything on it” and as you can see, it was missing bacon and the lettuce was brown and very poor quality. Overall, I enjoy the New York bagelry but if you order something, make sure you specify every single ingredient, if not, it will usually be missing something.

Manager needs to be fired. Bagels are stale and tasteless. They overstock unpopular bagels, but don’t make enough of Asiago cheese. Those are sold out by 9:00 AM. They have one toaster for the entire place so there’s always a long line. Today the girl waiting on me didn’t even cut or toast my bagels. And she’s so clueless that she put everything bagels in a bag with plain and French toast. Avoid this disaster.

Good tasting breakfast sandwiches and love the bagels with a heap of cream cheese. Plenty of tables to sit and eat. Friendly staff. Sometimes you have to wait in line while they catch up and bang out the orders. I got my coffee right away (they pour it for you, including cream and sugar). One suggestion I have is why can’t they just pour the coffee into the cup and then allow customers to put in their own cream and sugar?got my food in five minutes and everyone who came in after us waited five minutes to order and maybe five for their food.

Normally this is my go to place for bagels. I walked in today and stood for like 5 minutes. Plenty of workers but none of them made eye contact with with to help me. Needless to say I walked out of the door and left without being helped. I’ll search for another place. Customer service should be number 1.
