our favorite spot for quick breakfast! staff is always friendly and welcoming and our food and coffees are always made well ! my husband and i are happy to be regulars now, we prefer this location over the south end.. the location is bigger, more parking and can’t beat the staff !!

Order was over $40 at the drive thru….tried to pay with a $100 bill, was told they don’t accept 50’s or 100’s ….i asked if they could check with a manager in that it is a large order and also I have been a customer for over 30 years and don’t have my debit card with me ….manager said no…..so I had to leave without the food …..so it’s asking too much to have a 3 dollar pen to check the bills??…also, going by their rules , if I had a $50 bill they woundnt take that either ….ridiculous…I’ve been in business my self for years …I have never turned down someone’s hard earned money ….go into any convenience store in America ….they wouldn’t dream of turning down large bills ….it would never happen ….i called cliff ponte’s office to ask him about it and he never returned my call …..
So Today went by to get a bagel with veggie cream cheese and it was $6.20…..I understand how hard it is to make a living and run a business …but $6.20 for a bagel with cream cheese is lunacy …..good luck NYBco…..

Good for bagels. Are with cream cheese and basic but I just paid $13 for a mediocre bagel with chicken salad. Not even much on it and a pickle. That’s nuts! SMH

Lovely family brunch restaurant for families of all kinds that specializes in bagels! Delicious food and drinks with a wide variety of cream cheese and toppings to choose from. They also have other interesting items on their menu such as a pizza bagel and bageldog! A must try for breakfast! Food is fast and tasty and the place is clean and well maintained.

Just got the cutest iced chai drink at New York bagel today! It’s called the Grinch chai and it’s so good!

New York bagel was just meh. We got bacon egg and cheese on sesame bagels. I wouldn’t recommend getting the lemon raspberry danish. Stick with the bagel sandwiches. The danish was very dry and seemed days old. I’m sure I’ll go back at some point but don’t expect anything crazy.

The bagels do taste as good as most that you will find in New York, but why does a bagel shop that’s open till 10:00 p.m. regularly sell out of bagels by 2:30pm? Confused…

I am so glad they opened one of these down at the south end of Fall River! The girls are so kind and they always have a funny joke on the window. Nice edition to south coast marketplace area.

I was ordering a specialty coffee in the drive-through, and the lady was so rude. I ordered a specialty coffee, and she kept saying, “How’s it made?” I’m thinking, “It’s your specialty coffee. Why are you asking me how it is made?” I told her I have never been asked that when I ordered here, and she snapped and said, “You don’t know how your coffee is made.” I thought again. It’s your specialty coffee. What is she talking about? Finally, after a few minutes, she, with all the attitude she could muster up, finally asked the simple question, “What kind of milk would you like?” I actually couldn’t believe she went through all of this because she couldn’t figure out how to ask a question. This interaction was the worst I have ever had at any coffee shop in Fall River. To make it worse, I ordered a hot coffee, and they handed me a freezing cold coffee in a hot cup. This actually was the worst experience I have had at any coffee shop anywhere in years.
