I am from NY this is no where near NY quality. Don’t call a business NY bagels if you cant even put on salt and pepper for your customers. Ordered a everything bagel and I get an everything roll. Also no hash browns?! Please remove NY from your business name just committing fraud at this point.

Inside is still not open shame shame shame that drive thru gets so busy and packed and long because then do not open the inside since covid come on now its time to open the inside again it’s a huge inconvenience for the customer that the inside is never open and isn’t the point of a store is for and about the customer I get when covid hit but the world is back to 90 percent normal again open the inside I will not go again until inside is open I asked an employee the other day why is the inside still not open she said we like it that way your welcome…that was her response which was in my opinion rude bad business

I love this place. Chicken salad on a grilled Asiago Bagel with lettuce and tomato is perfection. I hate that the inside hasn’t been open for a long time. The drive thru line often 10+ cars is a big deterrent. Please reopen the inside!!!

Ridiculously high prices. They charged me $8 for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The counter help was too busytalking with each other rathet than doing my order. . When I question the price they just told me” yeah the prices have gotten higher “Again. The bagels seemed to be stale. And they gave me about a teaspoon of cream cheese.I will not recommend this franchise and I will not be frequenting it again

Used to love this place but today on sunday morning went for a bagel and they only have 3 kinds of bagels left, last weekend they were out of garlic n herb cream cheese, inside is still closed, when is this place going to get its act together?
