Nida, it was such a pleasure meeting you and we wish you the best in your endeavors wherever life takes you! We will see you again!
We had lunch here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was exceptionally tasty — every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The fried tofu was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a delicious dipping sauce. The Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice and balance of flavors. We also loved the spring rolls and mango sticky rice (amazing deserttttt!!!) — definitely a must-try!
The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and clean, and you could tell the place is cared for with attention to detail. Even with kids, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
Overall, New Thailand Cuisine in Lebanon is a gem — clean, cozy, and serving some of the best Thai food we’ve had in New England. Highly recommended for families or anyone craving authentic, well-made Thai dishes!

( loved their natural plant decor!)
Tom yum soup was packed with spice and lemony taste. Tons of seafood. Good portion. If you like spicy food, you should give a try.
I like all the food we got. Only 1 thing to the note, I wish the appetizer was paratha instead of naan, it would absorb more curry while indulging it.
The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food came out quick. It is a very popular restaurant, better to go before the rush hours to get a table. 10/10 recommend for a good meal!
I started with my go to Tom Yum soup, was so delicious, tangy, full of seafood ingredients. I got the chicken pad thai for entree. Another excellent dish with thin soft noodles and moist chicken. I also tried the naan curry, fried chicken and duck tamarind, all of them were excellent as well. Loved the thai iced team that was thick and tasty.
Service was overall good despite the place being crazy busy during dinner Friday dinner time. Dishes were served in quick time. Overall we had fantastic experience dining here.
The Food: A Rainbow on a Plate
The meal was truly a “rainbow” of colors and flavors. Every dish felt fresh, authentic, and beautifully presented:
• Basil Eggplant: This was a standout. The eggplant was perfectly tender, soaking up the savory chili-garlic sauce, and the hit of fresh basil made the whole dish pop.
• The Curry: Rich, creamy, and layered with spices. It provided that perfect comforting heat that you want from a great Thai curry.
• Mango with Sticky Rice: You can’t leave without trying this. The mango was sliced at the peak of ripeness—vibrant and sweet—paired with perfectly textured coconut sticky rice.
• Fried Ice Cream: The ultimate finale! The contrast between the warm, crispy exterior and the cold, creamy center was the perfect end to our meal.
The Experience
What sets this place apart is how the high-quality food is matched by the atmosphere and service. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the cozy, chic interior provided the perfect backdrop for a long-overdue lunch catch-up.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through the Upper Valley, New Thailand is a must-visit. It’s rare to find a spot where the food, service, and vibe all hit a high note at once, but they nailed it
