We wanted to grab lunch fast and found this place based upon the reviews. You are not allowed to eat here. They have a big sign, and the lady behind the counter makes that clear.
The food was prepared quickly. The egg rolls were delicious. The chicken and broccoli was very well made. The General Tso’s chicken had no broccoli even though it’s in the picture. The boneless spareribs were all fat and very dry even though they were doused with sauce. For this reason, they get only 3 stars. We also only got one packet of duck sauce and soy sauce. No fortune cookie, even though we spent over $30 for lunch. Mind you, there is a $15 credit card minimum. Sign of the times thanks to 46’s tremendous inflation and businesses taking huge hits.
Considering the lack of decent Chinese restaurants in the area, this still remains a great option. I would come back again.

Best take out Chinese food in West Hempstead. Better than any I’ve tried in Franklin Sq and Garden City South as well. Friendly service and they usually have my order ready in 15-20 minutes. They also know I have kids and always throw in extra fortune cookies.

Miscommunication of food. I ordered chicken curry with my first order charged 40.24 which didn’t even add up! I had to reorder chicken curry again. This is ridiculous. People need to read menus better.

Family owned Restaurant. By far the best chinese food in town. I posted here the Cauliflower with chicken in garlic sauce, and steamed veggie dumplings. They have specialty Chinese style spicy dishes that you would only find in flushing. This is a must try place if you are in the area. Good wonton soup too and chicken dumplings.Steamed or fried meat dumplings are great too and homemade. Listed in photo as well is the One of the spiciest dishes they make. Shredded beef with green chili pepper. Excellent

This place has been a place of my favorite and today one of the workers was really rude to me and messed up in my order. The worker gave me a small order and talked to me in such a bad way.. I recommend the food but the worker that was taking my order was not even a bit nice when talking to me. I don’t recommend this place for anything else but just the food.

I have been a customer here since 2016 and have been relatively satisfied. Today the owner hung up the phone on me after I told her I was dissatisfied with my food. My sesame chicken was discolored and tasted and looked horrible. I also ordered shrimp with broccoli for my kids which was fine. After she hung up the phone, I brought the food back to the store where for several minutes she argued that there’s nothing she can do. I had to ask her to calm down because she had an attitude and was yelling. The gentleman in the store eventually asked me what else I would accept in its place. Not only was the food absolutely inedible, her tone and customer service were terrible! I will not be returning. I have NEVER returned food before so to be met with such attitude and resistance to resolve the matter was unacceptable. I wouldn’t feed that sesame chicken to pigeons.
