The biggest and best Bahn mi sandwich. The best Bahn Bot Loc I’ve ever had as well. I’ve been here a few times and these 2 are my absolutely favorite. They do not play around. I asked for extra veggies in my bahn mi and they gave a generous amount unlike other bakeries. They are not greedy. You get what you pay for!!!

Forget your favorite deli, the best sandwiches in Denver are the Bahn Mi’s from New Saigon. The ingredients are always fresh and aromatic, stuffed in between the most delicious bread you’ll taste—I recommend the special Shrimp Bahn Mi on the secret menu.

Great place for a banh mi sandwich! Quick service and great prices. I got the Char Siu pork belly banh mi, and it was generously loaded with pork, jalapeños, carrots, daikon, and cilantro.

The best banh mi I’ve ever had! The French bread is crisp, the portions are very generous, and the grilled pork with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, and other toppings was savory, slightly sweet, and fresh tasting. We also ordered the Thai tea, which was creamy and not too sweet. I think it has a little kick of seltzer water – whatever it is, it’s delicious. I also really enjoyed the red plum drink. It’s fruity, icy, and great for a hot day.

My go-to bakery every time I’m craving banh mi. I’ve tried many different stores and so far this place is the best. The price may be slightly higher than other places but their baguettes are much bigger and they taste much better too. The taste is very authentic and is as good as the best banh mi that I’ve had in Vietnam.

this place has been my go to for banh mi in the denver area over the years. crazy how in 2016 a banh mi was $4 and now it’s $7. $7 isn’t a bad price considering it’s about the same with other sandwich options. however one disappointing thing is, although the quality has been consistent, the amount of meat offered is not. the i’ve noticed about a 20% reduction in meat filling in the sandwiches (thit nuong, nem nuong) which is always disappointing as I use to rave about how much i loved this sandwich shop.

A long-time favorite for banh mi in Denver. Known for exceptional bread as the head baker is certified in a Parisian culinary school, you can even see the certificate on the wall. The place is also packed with all sorts of other Viet eats and treats. With the high volume of sandwiches that they pump out, the sandwiches this time felt rushed and thrown together. Boba was also way too sugary and clumped together. Can’t help but think this place is past it’s prime.

Best bahn mi sandwich the picture is #13 on the menu. Pork. No dine available in the bakery side of New Saigon. There are a couple of nice parks near by or eat in your car as I can’t wait to eat it right away.

First time here and the bustling vibe and delicious smells once you walk through the doors draws you in and immediately you’re thinking : “Take all my money for these foods please!” Very authentic Vietnamese deli foods like banh mi and all those shakes! I got an avocado shake and it was creamy and full of good fats (good for skin :)). Ordered the popular grilled pork banh mi and the #1 combination meat banh mi for dinner later that night. Toasted it in the oven to warm it up and the bread was crispy, light and held all the generous fillings very well. I think the banh mi could have used more dressing but it may have been because I toasted it warm in the oven and it dried a bit. Nonetheless, beautiful sandwiches and $5-6.50 each. Friendly and fast service. Will be coming back!
