Would not recommend. Been here at least 2x per month over the last few years until recently. Food started falling off significantly. Tonight was the last straw.
Was told 25 mins, wife went to pick it up. After an hour I called and they said they were walking it out to her right then. 30 mins later we finally get our food. Male in the store was rude to my wife demanding she sit down. And on top of it they screwed up the order and forgot stuff. While now refusing to give a refund. Recommend China Won up by Costco (maybe 5 mins away).

I must say that this is a humble family that serves as best as they can. I love their hospitality and not sure why people can be so negative and never understanding. We live in such a cruel world. Thank you for such great service and great food !

I certainly would not go back. Even if you order ahead, they don’t start your order until you show up. I showed up when they said and I’ve been here waiting for over an hour for an online order. I’m watching people walk up and order, they receive their food before me. Haven’t even tried the food…1 star. It’s not even busy.
Update – 100% got food poisoning from this meal. How do I know? Because my whole family has been hugging the toilet all day.

Have been visiting new rainbow for about 5 years, but never again. Horrible customer service, did a call in order and was told 20-25 min but took over an hour. Staff yelled at customers waiting patiently for their food that was excessively late. My husband called in while I was in store and was told our order was ready yet it wasn’t. They clearly are incapable of handling a busy night.

We ordered beef lo mein with pork fried rice and got beef with broccoli. They would not refund the money or give me my order with the correct order. One of their employees wrote down the wrong thing and we will not be coming back.

I’ve been going here ever since I was a little kid and the food has not changed in taste or quality. Its one of the only chinese places that has remained the same and I can still go back time and time again and know I will be satisfied with my order.

Service and atmosphere was fine. But the rice that came with my Kung Pow chicken combination had a small rock in it about the size of my pinky nail. Didn’t notice it until I bit down on it.
Friendly people, but the risk of rocks in the food is not something I can deal with. Never going there again.

We recently moved to Fuquay and have been struggling to find a good Chinese spot. I think this is the 4th one we’ve tried and it’s by far the best. Our search is over. Only giving it 4 stars since it’s not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life, but it’ll definitely be our new go-to!
