Definitely a great meal! We shared the Beyond Reuben Burger (without the spicy sauce) and added an order of Lord of the Fries—everything was seriously delicious, especially the fries! You can tell they’ve been perfecting their food since 2016.
We’re always up for trying new things—I’m not vegan and my girlfriend is vegetarian—and we were both full and happy after sharing the meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious food. And I’m not even vegan. Had the Beyond Reuben with an upgraded side of loaded fries. It was all insanely tasty and very filling. The description of ‘vegan comfort food’ is perfectly apt! You can eat over in the bike shop next door – They also sell inexpensive local beers. I paired the Reuben with a sour from Aslan Brewing and it was perfect.

OMG if you are vegan, and certainly if you are not, I have not had a meal that so closely matched “normies” for taste and texture since i went rogue five years ago. We had two meals to share and were stuffed!
We had the organic Baja salad bowl and the impossible burger plus fries. The owner run food cart was easy to work with for modifications because who doesn’t have more allergies than the normal!
The bowl was HUGE and we enjoyed eating through the layers. It started with a grain with their cilantro dressing, the. Mounds of purple cabbage and mixed greens, a generous helping of non-oil refried beans and some tortilla chips with a dose of roasted corn for good measure. It took a while to eat – and eat we did – the whole bowl! LOVED it!
The impossible burger was on a great nutty bun with a SPICY chipotle sauce that was awesome. The burger was cooked well and had a great amount of fresh fever in it too.
Highly recommend this place especially if you are going to EViIL Bikes!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our meal. The gyro and wings were a massive plus as they were protein and flavor rich. Not a common combo as restaurant/take out food is often carb heavy and lacks protein. Furthermore to many places in my humble opinion that are vegan and/or vegetarian only offer small servings of tofu. Soy curls do make a different and the wings may have been TVP (texturized veggie protein).
The fam fav were the wings, we could have gobbled down over a dozen easily. In fact, I came back for another order of wings!
Prices these days for coffee our out of control, so for our meal, I found it to be worth the delicious value. The only wrinkle in the experience is the chef/owner came off a bit cold. The day was a bit dreary so certainly giving the benefit of the doubt. That being a friendly tip, bringing customers some warmth goes a long way. Another final friendly tip is fully cover take away food as the delicious sauces otherwise spill.
When in town, we would certainly go back for gyro and wings!
Obvious Tip: This location is a must! There are many food trucks, Asian brewing, and playground activities for kids and parking wasn’t bad.

Been wanting to try this food truck for a while and it was great! We got the Reuben and split it between the 2 of us. Unfortunately, we started eating it and finished it all off before I remembered to take a photo because it was so good! For me, half of the sandwich + fries was enough for a full meal. The sandwich and fries both tasted fresh and delicious. I will DEFINITELY be back next time I’m in Bellingham!

This was an amazing vegan lunch spot on our trip to Bellingham! After a long hike and on a hot day, nothing sounded better than a burger and fries. To my surprise, they had even more options than that and we were also able to try their nachos and the spicy and delicious hidden dragon sandwich melt. Tonight at Trackside, had the Hen Solo Chickn sammy, which had fresh greens, razor thin red onion, and tomato in a delish white sauce. Great flavors and textures. Also got the Baja Bowl with walnuts, chock full o’ black beans and purple cabbage. So good! Excellent grub whenever we eat here.
