We ordered 4 cheesesteak meals to be delivered. The cheesesteaks were not full and at the end there was no meat at all. Really disappointed especially since this was our first and last time ordering there. For the price that was paid, it definitely should’ve been more meat in all of the cheesesteaks.

Wow!!! We are from out of town and are literally in a different city each weekend. Suffice to say we eat out….a lot. We were so impressed with the New Philly Diner that we ended up eating there Thursday through Saturday nights in town.
Their staff, James, Damian, Kelly, Jessica, and manager Amir welcomed us in each night and made us feel welcomed and at home. Their portion sizes were amazing and the food quality superb. We were pleasantly surprised each and every meal. This is a food destination we look forward to visiting many more times in the future!

Denny’s waiting was ridiculous so we decided to go New Philly diner nextdoor.Cute, private and great service.Booths and table’s available as soon as we walked in.Everything was great Until….. I ordered the mac’& cheese Such a disappointment.Please take this off the menu,it is disrespect to all the wonderful foods you have.Btw we ordered breakfast first ⭐

The Philly cheesesteak is phenomenal. My mom elderly parents were traveling with us and they ordered a “senior meal” and split it, and it was still very filling. Good senior citizens menu as well. Apparently their open face Turkey sandwich was phenomenal, not dry, moist and super savory and flavorful. My husband ordered the regular menu turkey sandwich and it was absolutely stuffed with meat! The stafff was very friendly and Carmen is the sweetest waitress. So friendly, patient and attentive. The owners come around and check on you pretty frequently and they’re amazing. The salad bar with shrimp and chicken wings is included in quite a number of dishes if you order them for dinner so that’s a great deal as well. Really good prices for the city too!!

I was extremely disappointed with my meal. The NY strip steak was dry and lacked any seasoning. The mac and cheese was overcooked, unseasoned, and had a mushy, almost mashed-potato-like consistency. Overall, the food quality was very poor and not enjoyable at all. This experience did not meet expectations.

I probably would never eat again in this place. Just look up the picture with the cheesecake full of mold at the bottom of the cake. Damian was very nice but he should pay more attention to dessert he’s serving

We came In around 9:30 at night from the airport to the LaQuinta In next door. We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak, Twice Baked Potatoes, Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese, and a Greek (Mediterranean) Salad. Got sat down immediately, Staff members were kind, but did have to come back and ask each individual order about three times, possible language barrier, We didn’t mind It was, after all 10 at night so we weren’t upset. Food came out in a fair amount of time. Everything was good, Philly cheese steak was great, good cheese to steak ratio and everything was hot. Things were missing from the Twice Baked potatoes but they were still good. Salad was fresh! Cucumbers and tomatoes freshly chopped, feta was great, and gyro meat was good! A little greasy, but it tasted great. Mac n cheese came out hot and the buffalo fried chicken was delicious. For the variety of food we got, and the quality of the food was worth the price. When we are in Philly again we will be bringing family and friends!

Cute diner, but you can immediately tell it’s not thoroughly cleaned. Food was so mediocre it was sad. Staff could not care less & to not charge for uneaten food (aside from two wings that had a bite out of) Highly disappointed

I usually don’t go to diners for dinner (breakfast and lunch preferred) but the New Philly Diner was on my way so I gave it a try. Good choice. I enjoyed a tilapia dinner with an extensive soup and salad bar included. Very reasonably priced. The food was delicious and plentiful. The waitress was very kind, attentive and professional. Great experience overall. Now I’ll need to try their breakfast.
