We have been looking for a good Chinese place. So hard to find if locally. I would say Peking up there with the best in the area. Their generals tso chicken is really crisp and fresh with a nice tangy flavor. Chicken lomein has so much more flavor than you find around here and not soaking sauce. Also loved the Four Happiness if you can’t decide what protein you want. You get them all! Service was fantastic and we dined in. Super clean and the dishes came out quick. You just might be eating more Chinese food once you start going there !

This is the 7th time me and my Fiancé have been back! Their menu is incredible. This is the best Sweet Orange Chicken I’ve ever eaten!!! The Mandarin Chicken may be the best Chinese dish that has been made…. Get both. 10/10. You can special request mustard and red sauce with sweet and sour sauce. The service is impeccable as well.

Been to this place several times now with my family. We live nearby so this is now officially our go to place. Staff is always super friendly, patient, and accommodating. They honestly have some of the best Hot & Sour soup I’ve ever had. Super flavorful and the perfect balance of sour and sweet with a delightful consistency to it. My other personal favorites on their menu are the mandarin and sesame beef as well as the spicy orange chicken. They are also more than happy to adjust the spice levels to your preference. Prices are fair in my opinion for the size of portions you get. Plenty enough to split between 2 people and we still had leftovers. Definitely going to keep coming back!

This is your classic American Chinese food. You can ask for extras to heat it up. My mom got a combination plate – sorry no photos – but my picky eater loved the sweet and sour chicken, egg roll, fried rice and fried shrimp. She asked for a substitute, and there was zero issue. I order broccoli and beef, and honestly it could not have been more tender and tasty. Solid place. You will not be disappointed.

We wanted to like this place so bad, but unfortunately it was all bland. we had to add heaps of salt to the egg flour soup. The honey chicken tasted more like frying oil than honey sauce, which we also ended up having to add salt to. We paid to upgrade from white rice to fried rice with this dish, unfortunately it was also bland. There also wasn’t any peas or carrots like regular fried rice, it just looked like they added soy sauce to the white rice but somehow it still came out bland. The house fried rice was the most flavorful out of everything we ordered but still not great.

New Peking is where the old Jerusalem Cafe used to be. We love trying new places especially if they’re in our back yard! We were immediately greeted by a young gentleman who set our table up and returned shortly with soup. A great touch and we thought the service meter spiked at that point. We ordered Orange Chicken and Four Happiness. Food was fresh and flavorful and we stuffed ourselves. The menu is quaint and not loaded up with 100’s of dishes, which we like. Dining in was great and recommend that over takeout any day. Really had a great experience and will be a frequent flyer here.

Do me a favor and try the Salt n Pepper chicken. Not on the menu, but it’s very tasty, light crunch, and always comes out fresh. The sesame chicken was very good as well. I’ve gone here more than four times now. Each time I’ve been more than happy to eat the food here. Great service, great atmosphere, calming music, plenty seating and food always comes out hottt. This spot offers great Chinese food that doesn’t take long so long to come out. -real person review. (Salt n pepper chicken!!!)

My wife and I have eaten lunch several times at New Peking Chinese Restaurant. Each time we have received supremely courteous service, prompt food delivery, and delicious meals. While the menu offers great variety for meat eaters, we appreciate that, as pescatarians, we can find menu items that work for us. And staff are also open to and gracious about alterations to meat dishes to make them work for vegetarians. We are pleased to offer high recommendation for New Peking Chinese Restaurant in Vancouver, WA.

Server courteous and very attentive. Substitute tofu in any dish. Puzzling, though, that curry shrimp with tofu instead of shrimp, server charged $2 more! Ask about that next time.

Large tasty portions, full of flavour, served nice and hot. In particular the beef lomein and sesame chicken were excellent. Kung Pao chicken and Sichuan beef were also very good, lots of meat and vegetables. Great tea, dumplings soup was fine. Not very busy on a Monday night for dinner, plenty of parking, definitely worth a visit.
