I tried getting “combo A” and was told that if I wanted the Mongolian beef that it would take up both of my sides. I was like okay… well what entree can I get that won’t substitute the sides. I was presented with the most unappetizing, soggy looking meat I have seen since I went to bootcamp. I just walked away. How this place has over 3 stars will never know. The beef substituting two sides for a combo is really dumb. I want the combo because it comes with sides… owner, you are very lucky I don’t post pictures of the meat you had out today.

My husband and Inused to come here everytime we wanted Chinese but we stopped due to how filthy it is. Tables are sticky. The floors are sticky. The trash can lid is disgusting. No one is ever walking around cleaning. Makes us wonder what the back looks like. I’m honestly surprised they have not been shut down. So sad because they used to be so good!

This place is awful, go anywhere else but here. The lady that took my order was dressed very unprofessional and she was constantly on her phone ignoring me. She was serving my food with dirty utensils and I asked her to use a clean one to serve my food and she insisted it was clean. IT WAS NOT! I wanted to buy an Arizona and she said it cost $4 when they are actually $1. So they just tripled the price there. Also, this place is incredibly dirty, tables were all dirty with old food and dust. If you don’t belive me check it out for yourselves.

My bbq pork was cold and hard but the lady up front was happy to help! I found out that the poor people serving the food DO NOT get the tips from the tip jar. When I asked if she got tips from there she looked sad shook her head…

And can say they did improve in a lot of things..
The customer service was great!
Also was a problem all the time a come here because the way to pay cash or using your credit card was a pain..
Today for example I use my Samsung pay and it works!!
I will come back with my family next time to have a nice lunch..

Food is great!! This is my third time coming here and this has been the only disappointing visit. Asked for half orange chicken and half teriyaki chicken. I open my bowl to only count 5 pieces of teriyaki chicken. Young lady with freckles NEEDS to be trained on how to serve proper portions, almost seemed like she counted one by one as she was placing the chicken.

This place used to be really good 10 years ago I don’t know what happened to this restaurant they completely let it go. The quality of the food has gone downhill! The employees are rude. The restaurant is very dirty and not to mention T-Mobile is currently doing renovations next door because theirs a rat infestation currently at New Panda. I’m completely surprised this restaurant is still open.

New panda is a great bargain. Huge portions at a reasonable price. Their Japanese chicken is a family favorite.
