Yum!
I was happy to have found a delicious, decently priced Chinese restaurant near our new place.
We’ve had their Yakatori, Sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup (which when you dine in you get a side of the crisp noodles to put on top/ in the soup), egg rolls, crab cheese wontons and orange chicken. All were tasty and great size on the portions. I’m not even a fan of orange chicken but theirs actually impressed my taste buds! The Jasmine tea was hot and yummy but can you really do tea wrong lol. Dined in once and had them delivered once (their delivery fee seemed a little insane so I used Uber eats) Both were great, pleasurable experiences with yummy hot food.
Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant that hits the spot. So far we have been very impressed and will be back ourselves to sample other menu items.
The service was fine, nothing to write home about, no complaints either. Just right.

So I had actually ordered from another place and had my order cancelled, I think it was kismet because I then found this place. I ordered sesame tofu and asked if it was vegan. The restaurant actually called me back to assure me that what I ordered would indeed be prepared vegan! I moved to Colorado springs last year from the East Coast and honestly haven’t found any decent Chinese food out here… Until now!
I ordered the sesame tofu and my partner got the mango tofu. Delicious! And my tummy also agreed that it was in fact vegan. Hoping to try a lot more food from this place 🙂
Edit: a year later……..
Amazing still. Dined in and still as accommodating as usual.

Remember When you used to get Chinese food and it was good and when it said it came with an egg roll you actually got a nice egg roll I’m using when you got the combo you got your meal and some soup now you got a spring roll and one chicken wing. And I hate being told I’m going to get fried rice when all I get is steamed white rice with some coloring on it. Compare the two pictures below that I had of what I got and what fried rice is. Can I order pan fried dumplings oh my goodness I don’t think I’ve ever had worse these being so fake I don’t know if they’re oven-baked and then put in the microwave for their brought that way but they have not been pan-fried I had to come home and put them in the air fryer. I’ve been on the hunt for a good hot and sour soup this one was actually pretty decent but didn’t come with any crunchy noodles which I’m always received. You want to give business to small local businesses but I can get better from Panda Express for less money unfortunately that’s true

Just ordered here for the first time today. Was almost 2x more expensive than China Wok. (It’s a Tuesday, so China wok was closed, and we really wanted Chinese food). So we had high hopes. More expensive should = better quality. We ordered $68 worth. General tso’s, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, crab rangoons, and wonton soups. The broth in the soup was ok, the wontons were complete mush. The sauce for general tso’s tasted good, the chicken wasn’t crispy or hot whatsoever. The egg rolls tasted like frozen egg rolls that were deep fried. The “fried rice” just tasted like plastic. The crab rangoons barely had anything in them with minimal flavor. The sweet and sour chicken didn’t have any flavor. Super disappointed for how much we paid for this stuff. Save your money and go to China wok. (If it’s Tuesday, you’re better off waiting until Wednesday to get Chinese food). Nothing was even warm. And we got there literally 2 minutes after thy sent the text saying my order was ready. Idk how this place even has 3.9 stars. I gave two stars because the flavor of the sauce and broth was ok. Everything seemed over cooked and like it had just been sitting there all day. We won’t be ordering here like ever again. Go to China wok. The soup is included, an egg roll is included and everything is way cheaper, and is yummy.

Somewhat dated (but charming in a way) Chinese place that’s good for a quick lunch or dinner but nothing special or anything you should go out of your way for. I got the Szechuan chicken lunch combo ($10.25); the chicken and vegetables were okay if nothing amazing, the fried rice was decent, the egg roll was quite good, but the chicken wing was small and dry and tasted fairly old. Overall though it wasn’t a bad meal and the service was quick, so I do recommend this spot if you’re close by and looking for a fast, inexpensive lunch.

Aloha, this is DA BIGPKAKE…. traveling the world and seeking out new adventures. This place was great for me since it has my people as owners. They understood exactly what I was looking for and was so ONO (good). They are located in a central little strip mall right next to UPS. Stop by and try them out.

This was absolutely the worst Asian food I have ever eaten. Not even close the even fast food like Panda Express. I ordered Spicy Chicken… NOT an ounce of spice, was more sweet than anything. Fried Rice?? seriously??? what a joke.
