The sushi bar at New Osaka is great – I highly recommend. The sushi chefs are on point and super friendly and welcoming, as are the staff. I love sitting at the sushi bar with them. The specials are pretty good -including the two for one beers, and the buy 2 rolls get one free ! (The scallop roll and the tempura jalapeno slices are yummy !) They’ve become our favorite first stop on our date night dinner and a movie dates ♥️

The person serving me recommended the Jordan Roll and I can confidently say it did not disappoint. The salmon was soft and delicate and the combination of rice, avocado and cucumber in the sushi roll really elevated the taste. The wasabi, pickled ginger and salad were all tasty add ons too. Also ordered their raspberry ice tea and it was immaculate. Not too sweet, not too much raspberry, but just right.

The sushi rolls are good size and tasted decent. The beef teriyaki I had was a little on the burnt side so it had a bit too much of a char taste for me. The salmon was dry. Overall the food was okay for me. The service was great! We had a big party and they were very nice and accommodating.
