If you do not like people please do not work in customer service. This is the second time I have come here and the first time I experienced the exact same attitude from you. Please try treat everyone with kindness, you don’t know what they are going through or look for a job not in customer service.

Ordered over the phone. The clerk mentioned a larger pizza size was actually cheaper than what we ordered so we went with that – very helpful. Ready for pickup in 15 minutes – hot and delicious!

The pizza was burnt and no edible, The girl working is rude, I asked her not to stack my pizza slices as I hate when they get soggy and messy plates due to stacking.
She said “the pizza must leave there in a plate it’s their rules”
I said I want the plates, just don’t stack them again she said” it’s our policy”.
Respectfully shove your policy where the sun doesn’t shine, if the customer asks not to stack the slices DONT STACK THEM!! And surprise. By stacking them half the toppings stuck to the plate see picture below
I laughed so hard when she told me not to come back, I would never go back. Only reason I stopped in first place cause I was driving and hadn’t eaten all day

This review is strictly based on service, I phoned in to place a takeout order at 7:28 pm, the worker on the phone informed me that you do realize we close at 9 PM to which I was confused and thought it was plenty of time to place an order, moving past that I asked if they had any specials to which I was told yeah,… and then I had to ask well what would that be at which point I decided that based on service alone there was no way I was going to order a pizza from this location, the date is Wednesday, December 3, 2025 and whoever was working at that location could seriously benefit from some customer service training.

Stopped here while passing through town. Pizza really good and cheap, paid $7 for a medium pepperoni pizza. Fast service, walked in and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Their garlic dip is really good to. Friendly and clean environment. Would recomend and would stop here again on way to my trailer. Thanks for the good pizza!

Terrible place. Many have said. Just ordered the high 5 deal 30 mins ago, walked there in the rain to pick up, and got told it was double the amount. How do you order something, get told the price, then get there and it’s doubled magically. I refused, who wouldn’t. And of course the server was mad. Busy or not, I get it. I use to work at the hanover chain. Lucky I don’t file a complaint to main office. Waste of damn time.

My husband went to New Orleans last night to pick up pizza because our son was having friends over. We are both eating keto but were having a weak day. Thankfully we don’t have to cheat when eating at New Orleans as they have a cauliflower crust. The owner went above and beyond, was lovely and helpful and, of course, the pizza was delicious. The server was quite snappy when I questioned paying over $50 for 3 large and said it was what they charge around here, she knew I was from out of town (somehow)
So I was like whatever no time for this so I paid and got my pizza, had to get going.
But seriously this is a franchise that should have same prices within the same province.
Why toy with me lady and please play nice in customer service it’s essential!

Sorry to post this but, usually I don’t complain about our pizza. But it wasn’t up to usual standards. Ordered pizza usual order, was told it would be about 30mins. Got there about 25 mins. Got the pizza took it home and it looked like it had been sitting a bit. Also it was not real hot had to heat it up a bit. Was kind of disappointed, because pizzas are usually really good. Not sure if someone new was there or what. Again I usually don’t complain but needed to be said.
