I ordered the fried chicken meal. The chicken was dark and tasted burnt. So I sent it back but was told that I couldn’t get my money back but they will redo the food. So I changed my meal to fried catfish instead. It took 30 more minutes to get it. So I had to get it to go because it took so long. Then I get the bill, the manager charged me $10 for a piece of catfish and $7 for fries. Really?? They messed up my order which was $18 and I ended up paying basically the same price. My bill was $75. Terrible customer service and I won’t be going back again!!!!

Where to begin…..OK. I knew after the first 15 min waiting for our table, that we should head back to the car. The place was clean & nice, awesome vibe. Dj playing Mary J, New Edition, Luther ….& that was red flag one. They were playing these awesome artists original tracks. If you know N.O. like I know, babbbby, there’s a bounce in EVERY SONG! From the oldest to the newest, to the fastest to the slowest bounce bounce bounce. We had None of that our entire stay. Oh, & we had rooftop reservations, but no rooftop . Once we sat, our waitress took our order 4 times. Red flag 2! Like baby get a pen & pad nobody gon judge you! Smh. The first two times , she just kept forgetting. The third time she came back & told me they had no seafood bags… . So I said seafood gumbo & the oysters instead. The fourth time was to inform hubby, there were no seafood platter. . So he got stuffed salmon instead w/ Mac & jambalaya for the sides, & voodoo rolls. I was concern & suspicious. As a N.O. native, an easier question is What YOU don’t put seafood in vs what you put it in? Sooooo, I wonder what’s in my bowl of gumbo? I asked when she delivered my slushy of unsweetened tea….my bad, long Island. . What’s in the gumbo? She said sausage, shrimps, crawfish tails, okra’…I was like cool. Redemption maybe? Omg! When that hobbit plate of gumbo came out, I was like aaarrggg, (in Scooby-Doo voice) ????. Yall that wasn’t a bowl or a cup. It was an inch in height and fit in the palm of my hands. What in the wanna be Ramsey is this? I had TWO sausages and rice….THAT WAS IT! I told her to take that back immediately, you bold & full of it to bring that mess to someone table. . Time to go! Hubby insisted we stay. To wrap it up. They bought out his salmon with seafood pasta, NO SIDES! & I’m sure that was the wrong order . The pasta was undercooked & nobody can tell me different those voodoo rolls were brought from Walmart & they were mini egg rolls!! w/ No meat again the tables next to us told us to leave, nothing was worth it as they searched for another spot. It was only 730pm & the place was not packed. My hubby fish was so fishy the smell ruined his appetite. . Like this ain’t wildcaught or fisherman’s warf, whyyyy, is it soooI fishy? I made him take it all home anyways, because you gonna eat it & love it. I told him, we should GO! But you were so hungry, & now you still hungry. My oysters was so shriveled & rubbery…omg . This was the worst. Nothing about this place was New Orleans. Atl please stop it! Stick to what you kn ow. Obviously this place is making money based on courtesy alone & hopes. & due to that, is why my hubby Benz smells like fish now ♀️

So on the menu there is lamb chops for $45 that was not actually available. Then there were some other items on the menu again not available. We were given plastic ware fork and a paper tablecloth. I don’t believe that is fitting in a restaurant who charges that much for their dishes. Our server was very good but not that knowledgeable. She was very apologetic for all the things that they did not have. When I did actually get my oysters and chicken fettuccini it was very good so the cook does know what he’s doing. For a New Orleans themed spot had no New Orleans music. The other servers had a lot of personal conversation that was very loud and disturbing. Again the food was good but that’s about it. I will not be returning or recommending.

Disappointed IG over hyped this place and the food was not good I ordered the Louisiana barbecue shrimp and it’s actually buttered shrimp, the blue crab weren’t cleaned properly and still had the gills on them. Two beverages, one dozen oysters and some voodoo roll cost $98! Also there is a 15% service fee the dinning tables are directly next to the men’s restroom and there were nats flying around our table the entire time.
OverPriced! and I forgot to mention TERRIBLE PARKING.

The food here is amazing!! My daughters and I came here for lunch and let me tell you the food is so well seasoned and was just absolutely delicious! Our serve SiSi was so sweet and attentive! I definitely recommend anyone to stop by if you want a delicious meal that seems like it came straight out of a NOLA grandmas kitchen. I couldn’t even get proper pics of the food before my daughters dug in

Went on a Saturday night and it was not crowded. My food was so good. I got the gulf fish and shrimp po boy. The fish and shrimp were fried perfectly. The bread was soft and crunchy. It was perfect. I would order it again. I will return. I also ordered the bread pudding, darn it was so good. The restaurant was different then the New Orleans location, but I still loved it.
The service was pretty good, but the bartender over did it on my drink. It tasted like it did not have alcohol in it so I sent it back to the bar. The bartender fixed my drink by over pouring vodka in it. My drink was really strong.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would give it zero stars if I could. I’ll start off by saying worst customer ever! Very rude manager who was very unaccommodating. ALL SALES ARE FINAL so just know if you don’t enjoy your meal you will still have to pay! I came with my friends and we order the oysters which was the only good thing. my other friends order Cajun pasta there food came out cold and nasty. I ordered the crawfish étouffée with fried fish and it was very bland and nasty. Upon ordering our food and drinks we waited for 45mins before the food and drinks came out. When it did we had no silverware and had to wait another 20 mins for plastic forks. There is so much I want to say but over all I will never be back here and I would warn you to save your money.

My husband is from New Orleans and I went to college there. We love the Neyow’s there and were thrilled to hear they opened a location here in Atlanta.
1. Location and Ambiance: This would be a perfect place to watch Saints games, but the parking is a problem with a lot only having 10 spaces that are shared with other businesses so it took us nearly 20 minutes to find street parking. They should offer valet. The restaurant itself is nice. Gold and black epoxy floors with an upscale warehouse vibe, murals on the wall that pay homage to New Orleans culture, and the roof top is out of this world with views of the Mercedes Benz Stadium, TVs, a bar, and plenty of seating (it was closed but we took a peek). The women’s bathroom design is weird, it would require ladies to wait in a line to wash their hands with little room for other ladies to get by to enter stalls or enter and leave the bathroom. Me and another patron commented on that! The DJ understood the assignment though! He played a nice mix of the latest bounce songs and r&b and hip hop mixed with the Frankie Beverly and Maze. The area where Chef Oscar specifically grills the oysters is a nice touch so that people can drink sit right there and watch magic being made.
2. Food: We started the night off with chargrilled oysters and crab claws. A lot of places in Atlanta claim they have chargrilled oysters, and they may even be good, but there’s a specific execution of chargrilled oysters that make them superior to other versions of chargrilled oysters offered outside of New Orleans, and thank God they were just as they are supposed to be! The crab claws were delicious and plump. For dinner we had the stuffed blue crab w/ green beans and macaroni and cheese and the Friday special of grilled catfish and a crab cake w/ macaroni and cheese and potato salad. The fish was very flavorful and it actually came with a stuffed crab instead of a crab cake.
The sides are not very good and that was disappointing. The green beans were canned but seasoned well. The macaroni and cheese was made with actual spaghetti noodles. In New Orleans, macaroni and cheese is made with long macaroni noodles (they are actual macaroni that is long and hallow not cut into “elbows”) because that pasta must be hard to find here, someone made the decision to make it w/ spaghetti noodles…NOT a good decision. I also ordered a side of the vegetable medley as I was told there were no substitution for the sides as listed on the very starch heavy special and out came store bought frozen bag veggies with no seasoning. My meal also came with the fish on a bed of rice, but it wasn’t dirty rice or even jambalaya, but resembled more, and translated like, a Spanish rice which was odd to say the least. The potato salad had too much mustard in it.
The bread pudding was a dream though. Rich and moist, full of flavor. So perfect.
Things are slow to come out from the kitchen.
3. Drinks: I think the bartender was plucked from a night club. Club drinks are not consistent, and they are applauded for their strength and not their flavor. This is exactly what occurred. I ordered a French 75, a drink from New Orleans, that was bungled to resemble more of a champagne with lemonade. The next time it was better, but still not a true French 75. If you are going to have a New Orleans themed restaurant any and ever drink specific to the city must be done correctly. More staff training is needed here.
4. Staff: Our server was very pleasant and so was the server who adjusted our wobbly table. Chef Oscar was friendly and spoke in length with my husband.
Summary: It’s in its infancy so hopefully they can pull it together and improve the sides and drinks or else I’m afraid they will not survive the very difficult Atlanta restaurant scene. We will try again, because we so very much want this to be successful so we can taste New Orleans properly here in Atlanta, but for now, all I can truly recommend is the vibes, oysters, seafood entrees, crab claws, and desserts.

Let’s start by saying this, if you EVER had food from New Orleans then this place is not what you want to help you reminisce. Popeyes is better than this place. I know I know, that’s harsh! But I can explain. I had poboy and seafood gumbo. The poboy had a total of 6 shrimps (very small) for 19.00 dollars. I give it a 5 out of 10. The seafood gumbo was the worst I’ve ever had. The roux was like water and tasted like it was mad on thanksgiving of 2021. I would give it 1 out of 10. To owner, please revamp or remove. The customer service was not what you would expect for a establishment in this touristy area. Waiter kept forgetting to place orders, supply us with eating utensils. Never heard of a mandatory tip for party of two. Overall you can visit Popeyes and get more authentic New Orleans cuisine.

The good: The red beans and rice and chargrilled oysters were both very good. The waiter was very attentive.
The bad: they weren’t prepped for service. Our oysters appetizers had to come out after the meal because they didn’t have enough shucked. Luckily, they were tasty.
The ugly: 20% gratuity and. we saw some of the staff headed to the kitchen with large cans of green beans. I didn’t order them but I can’t imagine paying $5 for can green beans.
