If you are looking for food quality do not go here. The Food was burnt. I called The restaurant and When I told them about my issue, they came up with an excuse, which was very irrelevant, making it seem like if it wasn’t them who cooked the food. Solution is Simple I Won’t be ordering anymore from them

The customer service makes it worth every bite. Friendly family-owned business, with really tasty sauces and they’re not cheap about it. Definitely recommend!

It’s not the closest Chinese restaurant from me but overall it’s where my wife and I order from when we want old school Chinese. Too many newer places are cutting back on protein and add more “fresh vegetables” to seem healthy (cut costs) but I don’t order Chinese to eat healthy I order because I want fried chicken or saucey boneless ribs and fried rice. Prices have gone up but that’s everywhere. Food is good and they always call you just incase you forgot or when the order is ready. Great family wish them the best of luck it’s not the best area to own a late night business.

This was the worse Chinese food I’ve ever ordered. I called and order the beef egg foo young.I asked for no onions and the KID on the phone stated they couldn’t make it without onions because it wouldn’t hold it shape. (Lies I’ve ordered egg foo young from dozens of other Chinese restaurants in my life and never was told that. This just justified my next issues) The food came in less than 20 mins.. Hence to say EVERYTHING was room temperature. The shrimp and broccoli tasted old and the egg roll, shrimp rolls and crab Rangoon weren’t even freshly made! Save your money and time. I will not ever go here again. Beyond a bad experience!

Really friendly family that smiled at me as soon as I came in their restaurant. Super nice. The food is super fresh and not greasy at all for a Chinese take out which is a plus for me. Moving to NY from New Hampshire it’s quite hard to find good Chinese take out place as there are really good ones back home. I was so surprised about their crab rangoon because it tasted really good and 100% similar to the Chinese place back in New Hampshire, which is hard to find in NY and trust me it is hard to find since I’ve been to plenty of them and have been disappointed.

All in all, I am glad that I came upon this place and had saved their take out menu I’ve had since moving here 2 years ago and finally giving them a try. I’m glad to be a new customer and would gladly come back again since it’s right around the corner from my place.

Definite give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Too slow. they did not have that many orders ahead of mine, and i only had one order. it took near 20 minutes to make, and i ended up missing my bus home. i love thefood selection, which is why they get a 3 and not a 1. i probably won’t be a patron anymore though.

I wanted my food to be delivered which had to be a $10 minimum. So I ordered 2 wonton soups at $3.25, 2 ice teas at $1.30, & 2 shrimp egg rolls at a $1.30. My calculation came to $11.70 before tax. The cashier repeats my order & says it only came to $9.15 so I added on a small order of beef fried rice to bring it to the delivery requirements. The delivery man arrives & I pay for the food & he leaves. I open my food to realize the cashier had only rung me up for 1 wonton soup instead of 2 like I had originally requested. She also gave me 2 pork egg rolls, that were burnt, instead of the 2 shrimp egg rolls, I had also requested which I didn’t realize were pork egg rolls until I broke one of them open. Also after my spouse opened the 1 wonton soup they sent it ended up having a hair in it. When I called back to express my concerns regarding my order the woman begans going back & forth with me regarding my order. She said she will ask the delivery man to come back but I would have to pay for the additional wonton soup & return the pork egg rolls in order to get the shrimp egg rolls as requested in the very beginning. I expressed how poor her customer service was & I didn’t appreciate the service & demanded that she have the delivery driver come back to fix the order. Afterwards she refuse to send the delivery man back to pick the food up to correct it & proceeded to hang the phone up in my face. I ended up having to discard the food due to it being inedible. They should be reported to the BBB for their unprofessional service & poor quality of food.
