I have been frequenting this local business for years. Not too long ago it transitioned to a new owner. I am happy to say that the quality of the food and the food customer service has not diminished one bit. I am very particular about my food orders being correct. I have never communicated that to the new owner. Today, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Shortly after placing the order online for pickup my phone rings and it was the owner confirming how I wanted my sandwich prepared. He had no way of knowing that I love the feeling of being taken care of. Knowing that he cares about how I feel about my food makes my loyalty to the business even stronger. And to be greeted with a smile when I arrived to pick up my food is the cherry on top. I’m thankful for you New Milford Deli because you care about your customers.

this was my first time today and i ordered the bacon chocolate chip pancake platter! the man asked if i wanted a list of add ons (i wasn’t aware they were add ons at the time) i paid $13 which made sense seeing as the pancakes were $11 something i did assume it was extra for whatever i got on top of the pancakes. When i got home the pancakes were not there and went back to see if they were just forgotten in a separate container and the man was great and explained the confusion & made me the pancakes and it was worth it. Where i wouldn’t order as many adds on next time the food was amazing and i highly recommend!!

The new owner is sooo nice and extremely friendly and made our sandwich with such enthusiasm! The chicken cutlets are amazing! Especially the sandwich and was huge for only $14! Definitely recommend for quick deli meals!

For the most part it’s a solid breakfast/lunch place, but every once in awhile the experience can be hit or miss.
This morning was one of the misses. I just ordered two bagels w/ cream cheese. There was a different guy behind the counter than I’m used to. After being rung up, I saw the price was almost 40% higher than what’s listed on the big menu screens. I asked, “Are the prices on that menu out of date?”, and the guy pointed to the other end of the counter and said “Don’t worry, my laptop is right over there”. Not sure what he meant by that. Then he laughed and said “Yeah, we haven’t updated those menu prices in 5 years”. So…then maybe update them, so that customers can actually know the price of the items they order? Instead of acting like you’re doing me a favor by keeping the prices secret?
I’m honestly skeptical if he was telling the truth, because I’m pretty confident I’m usually charged less for the same items. So it’s possible he just made a mistake and then tried to cover for it. But regardless, either the menu was wrong, or the guy was wrong, and it feels weird that I have to guess which one of those is correct.

Found this place since it had turkey bacon in the area. Got a turkey bacon egg and cheese tbat was so worth it. It wasnt dry like most. Salt level was good and the cobb salad was another thing we got, also pretty good

As a person born and raised in Brooklyn, this is hands down the best sandwich place I’ve ever been to and I’m not much of a sandwich person in general. I’ve also had their Greek omelette which was still delicious the next morning! The people are so friendly and welcoming it’s like family! I highly recommend this place! Shout out to Felix and everyone else that works there, I can’t wait to come visit the next time I’m in NJ.

Nah… This ain’t it. The turkey bacon is burnt to a crisp hard and disgusting. What a waste of $9 and the audacity of these business to flip a tablet with a tip option before even delivering their sad excuse for “food”. The fact that they thought this was ok to push out is telling. What a joke of place
