I stopped at your New Market gas and pizza station. My car broke down as I was preparing to get gas. I pulled over to the side as I waited on help to come. As I was waiting, I needed to use the restroom and asked if I may. The girl working said it was out of order. I am disabled from arthritis and can barely walk. It was 90 degrees outside and my help was an hour from arriving. I had my handicap plackard. I was in a very bad way as my medication I take makes the heat intolerable. I was scared as I’m elderly. I desperately needed the restroom. My question is?? Where do your employees use the restroom. Do they work all day with no restroom to use? Is there no respect for the disabled elderly at your business?? I have never felt so desperate. I’ve been using your gas station for years but I have decided that due to the cruelty I encountered, I will never be back to your business again. You have lost a good customer. Also, I will inform everyone I know never to stop at New Market Pizza and gas station. I made it home safely no thanks to your cashier working that day. Another question, do all the farmers who sit in there and drink coffee, do they have to go home to use the bathroom ? I bet they don’t. Pitiful treatment of the disabled elderly. You should be ashamed.
