We’re visiting from Vancouver, and this restaurant truly amazed us. After traveling for days, we were really craving authentic Chinese food — and this place delivered far beyond our expectations.
Every dish tasted incredibly authentic, just like the flavors we grew up with. The ingredients were fresh, the seasoning was spot-on, and even the small details reminded us of home. It genuinely took away our homesickness and made us feel warm and comforted during our trip.
The service was friendly, and cute, lol . The environment was clean and welcoming, and the whole dining experience was simply excellent.
Highly recommended — if you’re looking for real, delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine in the U.S., this is definitely the place!

Yum! This place is really delicious! I am a huge fan of crab rangoon and their wontons here are very good! Too good I forgot a picture! Same with the potstickers- sooooooo good! We also loved the hot and sour soup- enough for 3 of us. We also tried the vegetable fried rice – really good and the egg rolls. Will definitely be back – very friendly and quick service.

I was in Laramie 6/25-6/27/24 for a conference and found this little place. They were busy with take out. Option to dine in or take out. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my dinner. I ordered general Tao chicken and steamed rice. I also had cream cheese wontons. My food came out hot and tasted good.

I had never been to New Mandarin before today and I have to say that I am very satisfied! I ordered sweet and sour chicken, two egg rolls, orange chicken, and vegetable fried rice for take out. I didn’t have to wait long at all to get my food which was nice! Unfortunately when I got home I realized that I was missing my orange chicken so I called the establishment to which they were very apologetic and included a free dessert as well!! The food itself was delicious, perfectly crisp and flavorful. I loved the orange chicken and the egg rolls were AMAZING. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t try the egg rolls!!!!! I definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone in Laramie craving delicious Chinese food. I will certainly be back!!

We decided to take all the kids out for dinner and had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Our waiter went above and beyond- he was absolutely amazing. You could tell he must have kids of his own, because he was so thoughtful and patient with ours. He brought out chips as an appetizer to keep them happy, kept them entertained throughout the meal, and even surprised us with mango cake for dessert. On top of that, he prepared my mushu the traditional way right at the table, which was such a neat experience to watch.
It’s rare to find service this genuine and attentive. We left full, happy, and grateful. Highly recommend both the restaurant and especially the service!

we were on the way to Mount Rushmore from the Rockies and being an Indian, looking for an Indian restaurant. we found this. we reached in the next 30 minutes, luckily it was open. it was empty. we settled and ordered

not sure if we were starving after 6 hrs of driving or if the food was good, but we found food delicious. there was satisfaction after the meal.
Ambience-wise- it’s very foresty, lots of plants.
service- we were the only one so we got all the attention 😉
and then we were on road again. Nice pit stop.
