Just stay away unless you like getting ripped off. One can order the exact same menu item a dozen times and get at least eight different results with items missing. If you inquire you will be told you weren’t charged for missing items even though the exact same menu items have been ordered identically and charged the exact same amount per each order. They play classic bait and switch when they fail to include all of your food.

Just received my order of (3) entrees but did not receive the (6) soft drinks ordered. The young lady who delivered the food was nice but did say to call the company or Uber for a refund. Can’t believe someone cannot read the entire order & process everything properly. Just lost $24. I hope to receive a refund… Food was really good. Just wish we received the drinks to complete the meal.

I did a delivery order and got a bunch of food, including sweet and sour chicken. After it was delivered the sauce was missing, as we all know… that makes the chicken better, so I called and let them know. They did a special delivery just to give me my sauce… no charge and was very nice about it. The service and sauce made the experience and food that much better.

Old Mao may have been good, but New Mao is not. Sweet and Sour chicken seemed as if it was overcooked. Rice was dry and sauce was not as sweet as other Chinese restaurants. Will not recommend.

pick up order. The entrees and rice were both really good—no complaints on the actual food. The steamed dumplings were also great. The egg drop soup was weird and slightly off-putting and the egg roll was forgettable. But overall, positive experience. Recommend staying away from the combo meals if possible and just getting a pint-quart of your entree with white rice.

First time ordering from here. Got the chicken Lo mein for $10.25. Portion size too small for the amount paid. The fried dumplings were soggy and cold. Food was over cooked and had a weird sour taste to it all. Very disappointed
