Ordered some food for pick up, and took it over to my friend’s to share. As we’re sharing the food, I find a straight black about 2 inches long, and so I call them back asking for a refund. The white guy at the front informs me “We can’t be giving away free money, but we can remake it.” I’m sorry, but no. I paid for HAIR-FREE food, and I don’t want a remake because who knows about how many hairs I’ll find and frankly I’m not hungry anymore after finding the hair. Don’t bother going because if something is wrong with your order, they won’t take any responsibility for it.

Staff is partitioned off while ordering with plexiglass and a closed window. You have to speak into a microphone to communicate with staff to make your order. Not a good or welcoming atmosphere at all!
