Absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant in Santa Rosa County. The buffet is amazing hot and fresh served M-F 10:30a-2:30p. $11 with no drink and $12 with drink. +$1 for shrimp. You get a choice of either fried rice or lo mein noodles plus 3 choices whether it’s egg rolls, crab rangoon, sesame chicken, black pepper chicken, and if they have it I highly recommend the black pepper shrimp on the buffet. It’ll put all the seafood joints who serve fried shrimp running.

The food and service is okay. The buffet is affordable and an option for those wanting variety. You get to choose between fried rice or lo mein and get 3 side items with it for $10 (no drink) or $11 (medium drink). I ordered a lunch special which was $7.99 and didn’t come with any sides. They also offer a lunch combo for a few dollars more. The crab Rangoon was really good, but my lunch was dry. If I went again I wouldn’t order the general tso or pineapple chicken but I would definitely get the Rangoon and maybe try the buffet.

Great place locally when you want Asian food. My kids love the boneless spare ribs. I like that the fried rice has onions in it and it’s not like most Asian restaurants around here that only put peas and carrots in the rice. It’s not the most attractive place or facility but they have some pretty good food!! Especially here in Jay, where there is very limited options for take out!

Outstanding place! Friendly and the food was awesome! I had the House Special lo mein and spicy beef. Lo mein was loaded with shrimp, chicken and other good stuff. I asked them to make the spicy beef extra hot for me and it was perfect! Highly recommend New Jay Garden!

The New Jay Garden is an excellent place to quench your craving for Chinese food. We have tried many of their entrées and we’ve never been disappointed. Their Mongolian Beef, General Tso, Wonton Soup and Crab Rangoon was our lunch for yesterday. We have eaten all around the world and have never had Crab Rangoon as delicious as they serve here.

Some of the most delicious Chinese food I’ve ever had comes out of this small town restaurant. The Singapore Mai Fun noodle dish and the Mongolian beef are top pics along with black pepper anything. The fried rice is delicious and the servings are very generous. The egg rolls and crab rangoons are amazing. Would definitely recommend. They have a small buffet also but we have never tried it. Don’t let the looks of this unassuming little restaurant fool you. It is worth it.

I really like this place. Not everything on the menu is a hit, but my personal favorites are the pork fried rice, pork chow mei fun, chicken moo goo gai pan, vegetable foo young, and the vegetable lo mein. BUT the best part of this establishment is the service. They’re so nice, and the lady that runs the place is very thoughtful and sweet. They remember their customers, they’re always friendly, and the place is always clean. Oh, and the prices are pretty reasonable too.

Small place but HUGE flavor!! The beef & broccoli is amazing! All varieties of the lo mein are wonderful as well as the sweet & sour chicken. The owners couldn’t be more hospitable and welcoming and the prices are very reasonable. Strongly suggest you give it a go

Food is getting better but still lacks flavor, ordered spicy beef and dish had no spice. Staff is always friendly and quick to fill orders. Restaurant is clean but desperately needs a lot of sprucing up.
