I am on the southside around Burbank it is late at night looking for some food to keep me awake. I thought I was stuck with fast food.
I see a darkly lit sign and filled lot ING’S PALACE. Authentic high end Asian cuisine in a pristine birightly lit modern restaurant. The seafood and sushi is amazing, regional Chinese and Thai dishes prepared spot on.
TEN STARS RECOMMENDED WITHOUT HESITATION!!!!!!!!!!
We ordered the Mongolian Beef, and let me tell you, this wasn’t just any Mongolian Beef—this was a revelation. Each piece of beef was perfectly tender, coated in a rich, glossy glaze that clung to every bite, inviting you in with its deep, caramelized color. But what really set this dish apart was a smoky, grilled undertone that added an unexpected layer of flavor, almost like it had been kissed by a BBQ flame. It wasn’t just sweet and savory—it had a bold, unique depth that took it way beyond the ordinary.
Every bite delivered that addictive balance of flavors, the beef melting in your mouth alongside fresh, crisp green onions that brought a perfect hint of freshness. This dish had everything you’d want in comfort food but with a surprising twist that elevated it to something truly memorable.
Simply put, Ing’s Palace left us craving more. We’ll absolutely be back, and if you’re looking for a dining experience that’s worth every bite, this place should be at the top of your list!
Beef and brocolli come in a thick gravey…that has no flavor even when using 2 packets of soy sauce…the gravey is so all over the place opening container expect to make huge mess even if using separate bowl. Trying to eat out of container 100% impossible as too small and gravey goes everywhere.
Not the typical Beef and broccoli taste you expect but is better than Panda express.
Fairly confident this restaurant has roaches….
I purchased the dry mongolian chicken….disgusting overcooked meat with some kick but they put these overcooked noodles on top that are rock hard with stale texture. This dish was expensive and im throwing it out as it is horrible. Again huge cuts of chicken not edible without cutting then chicken is over cooked and hard….
Overall not woth $31 I spent today at all I wouldnt have been more forgiving if I had just gotten Beef and brocolli but it was a huge mess. Texture wise the gravy gives the food a slimy vibe which seems very odd. Perhaps if less of it so its not legit a soup with beef and broccoli in it maybe lol.
