This is our 2nd time ordering here. The 1st time, luckily I checked my order before leaving because 3 of the 4 rice orders were wrong. Other than that, DELICIOUS! The second time was tonight, and my order of pineapple chicken was just terrible. No flavor and watery. I wish they would have just told me it was not available, rather than throw it together for me. The cost of the food is very high, so I expect to get what I pay for. My husband ended up sharing is beef and broccoli with me, which was delicious.

New Imperial is by far away my number one choice in Chinese food in the Easton area and beyond. A clean place, the people that work there are always friendly, they are quick, even for a Chinese food place. Their quality of food just stands out above most places. And they are the only place that I am aware of that actually gives you the good kind of fried noodles. (The bigger flat ones). I’m not sure if they make them in-house, but it seems like they do. They actually have flavor and are legitimately “Fried”noodles. Not those lame, tiny, bread-y, bland variety you usually get. Either way they are delicious and they give you an actual cup of sauce rather than those stupid packets. Their rice is never dried out, they have delicious edamame, which is another rarity, and pretty much everything I’ve tried there has been outstanding. I would highly recommend New Imperial!

I would never go back . Not sure if it was an off day or not . The rice literally made me sick to my stomach . Couldn’t even stand the smell of it . Also the pricing is much more . Literally can drive extra 5 minutes the other way and get much better

Consistently the best Chinese food in the area. Prices may have gone up a little bit, but that’s to be expected. They always go above and beyond with delivery and packaging requests. We asked for an order of dumplings – 1/2 fried and 1/2 steamed as well as won ton soup with the broth separate so it wouldn’t get soggy and they were great about it! I’d recommend New Imperial every time.

We will not be ordering from here anymore! Last two times we ordered we were very disappointed. Not only was the food not good, our portions were off and our order was not correct. Even the wonton soup was mushy. $75 worth of food and not one condiment! No duck sauce, soy sauce, hot mustard, noodles, or fortune cookies. Never ordered Chinese food from anywhere that didn’t give condiments.

This has been our go to for many years for take out and delivery until tonight. Sadly this may be the end of the line for our ordering from here. We ordered normal dishes for us but when it arrived it was smaller portions AND higher cost. Now before you go reading this quickly and not digesting fully what I’m saying, pause, read it again and follow along. I KNOW costs for everything have gone up and I fully expect to pay more for things at this point…but don’t decrease the size of the portions AND increase the cost, that’s a double whammy to the consumer. It’s ridiculous and it more then likely has just cost this establishment a decade long loyal customer.

Ended up being a lazy Christmas and we got Chinese like on The Christmas Story. I am so glad we found this place. I loved the Generals Chicken and white rice was cooked perfectly. It’s our new go to for Chinese Food. Thank you.

This is absolutely the WORST Chinese food I have ever had!!! I ordered chicken egg Foo yung, as I always do from other places. What I got with it was not gravy, but some sort of foul smelling sauce. Horrible to say the least. I suggest this place to no one!!!
