Been going here for years. Even now in 2023 it’s the best place of it’s kind in Stark county. Always hot, made right, huge portions and done in a prompt time. The young lady that takes your orders and cashes you out at the register is so sweet and nice and the gentleman I see working over the stoves are hard workers. I always make sure to tip this place because you can tell they have an amazing work ethic. You can’t go wrong here so if you’re looking for Chinese takeout food New Home Sing is the best you’ll find in Stark county Ohio

When it comes to Chinese takeout, there is a saying… if the kids are running the register and you can see the dad cooking in the back, the food is about to slap. And it does. The kids are adorable and so sweet. The food is amazing. This is a family-owned place and has been since I was a kid. The fried wontons are my absolute favorite.

My family always went to New Home sing when I was growing up. When the last owner sold I stopped going for a while. We decided to give it a try again and they have exceeded my expectations, the food is better than it was before and I am now a regular customer. Certainly can’t go wrong with the General Tso’s chicken and lo mein. The staff is friendly and I have had nothing but good experiences since going back, glad I decided to give it another chance!

Sadly the last two visits have lacked. Last night’s Kung Pao chicken had so much celery It was all you could taste. I pulled out around two cups from a pint order. The dumplings are no longer homemade. I’m giving it a pass for now

This place is my favorite Chinese take out restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food tastes great always, my order has never been messed up, the prices are fair, the food is always packed neatly in the bag, the portions are great, and the food is always cooked in a timely manner. I would highly recommend eating there and supporting their business. 🙂

Don’t get the shrimp! It’s old, they over batter it and it doesn’t get cooked all the way. Gave us food poisoning multiple times because I believe in second chances. Kitchen is also very dirty. I would recommend NOT going here at all ever! Eat at your own risk.

To the people who said the food sucks after the owners left and say it’s nasty. I’m sorry, they must be taking out their bad day or RARE bad experience from this restaurant.I go to many different Chinese places and this place still takes the cake. I eat here often for my lunch break. They are supwr quick and quality. , and the new people are extremely nice and friendly. Really make you feel welcome and not just another customer. Food is still just as good as sense the owners left… they do everything the same. If you are hating on this place then you probably need to re-evaluate your current mood and not take it out on this place. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS DON’T LET THE PETTY HATERS GET YOU DOWN.
