Never been to a brewery that make their own spirit. I also like their food. Other comments mention they have good food here too
Pizza is thin and light, dough is slightly chewy and airey. It is the opposite of a crispy thin crust pizza . It is not cheap tho, a large is $23. More than a regular pizzeria. Also Battle Creek has a challenging economic, this might be out of a lot of locals’ price range.

New Holland Brewing Battle Creek was a delightful experience. We sat out on the beer garden on a warm, sunny Michigan summer day and it felt like perfection. There was live music by Chicago Mule – and the mix of music and the volume made it so we could enjoy the music and still talk to one another. I ordered the gf pizza – ham, bacon, pineaple. The toppings were abundant and the crust was really nice. I appreciate being able to order anything at all when I go to a brewery since I have a gluten allergy. The other folks in my party ordered the hot chicken sandwich, the steak sandwich and the Mahi Mahi tacos. We also got the artichoke dip as an app, which I loved because there was a good amount of artichokes in the dip. My friends told me the beer was great (of course, thst was a given), and I really liked the Blue Contigency and my husband’s coconut coctakil. A win for sure. We’ll be back because everything-food, drinks, service, atmosphere were all really great.

Large open and friendly atmosphere. Nice large outdoor seating area too. Excellent food, especially for a brewery. Limited food selection, but what they did offer was high-quality. Huge selection of new Holland beers and some rare pours. reasonably priced cocktails as well.

Love restaurant atmosphere and very clean and organized. Liked outdoor seating area and good live music performance. They produce quite good quality of brewer and food is also good. Outdoor seating area has heating system and keeping guest warm, but I think it will be nice if they have some shade to avoid winds.

This place is fantastic! The food, atmosphere, and service is outstanding. We went for lunch and it was so good. We got the spinach artichoke dip to start(not pictured) and it was so garlicky and yummy. I got the wild mushroom pizza and it was so good, the goat cheese is a must on it. My coworkers got the chicken sandwich(HUGE), pepperoni pizza pinwheels, and a build your own pizza. It was great, I can’t wait to come back and try a beer or cocktail!!

This brewpub definitely stands out in downtown Battle Creek! The vibe is infectious, the staff are great, the food is amazing, and the beer always is on point. Outdoor seating here is the pace to be when it is nice outside. Plenty of merch and products for your take home adventures.

Shout-out to our bartender Lizzy! I’ve been waiting to finally get the chance to go to a new Holland brewery for like ten years and it was such a great time. Delicious Dragons milk variations and the pizza is one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. Hoping I can come back soon!

Really love the food and the drinks!
But this place is definitely a hit or miss.
Sometimes you get the appetizer along with your food instead of before and sometimes the pizza is very undercooked… but once it’s remade it’s great.
The other downside is that they change their drinks VERY often and it’s hard to have a regular order in that manner because you won’t be able to order the same drink again but the food is usually fantastic!

Mail House
Heard good things about the Battle Creek location. Stopped by for a beer and snacks. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and the gluten-free wild mushroom pizza. Both dishes were solid. The beer was good, having tried all Dragon Milk variants. Had the seasonal Mule cocktail had little booze just berries for $8…ouch. My beer flight was the best part of the visit. I won’t make an effort to return but it’s good once.

It was a family birthday that happened to be on a holiday. The place was packed. We didn’t wait too long for a table, but the food took quite awhile. Mine was ok, but the other dishes in our group were good.
