The worse crab Rangoon I’ve ever had in Yonkers. The consistency was thick and the taste was horrible! I’ve had better shrimp fried rice also. Won’t be eating here again!

The Owners are very disrespectful towards not only themselves but towards me as a Customer. They have no customer service skills at all. Their ambiance is so poor. I don’t usually look/read at food places because I never found the need to until today. I ordered 2 shrimp eggrolls. It took them a few to make it which i understood so i went on a quick walk. I come back it’s time for me to pay and I am ready to pay. The husband was checking me out (not like that) and asked for my card. I always at THIS place used apple pay. what this man did was that he took my phone CHARGED ME and then after went to charge me again to decline it so it looked like my card declined. And the women screamed
“NO MONEY NO MONEY PENding” When i showed her what it said and she started yelling at me and went back and fourth saying she didn’t get the money. Then while fighting some other lady did the same thing with a tap card and at first got declined cause wrong card but he KEPt that receipt and when it went thru for the other one he wanted her to run like i wouldn’t see it. I don’t recommend this place and it should be out of business.

After I picked up my order, I noticed that they had given me the wrong order. When I called to let them know, the owner kept insisting that I was mistaken. Clearly it was NOT what I had ordered. I understand that mistakes happen but it was absolutely ridiculous how she kept insisting that I was the one making the mistake. I’ve orderedf here a few times usually getting the garlic chicken with broccoli. The last time I got it, there was a 6-inch human hair in it. Presumably human but regardless, it’s the last time I’ll be getting food there. One hair experience is the last hair experience for me personally. To each their own, if hair in your food doesn’t bother you, enjoy. I will pass.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! This was the WORST Moo Shu Pork that I’ve had in my entire 50 years that I’ve been eating it! It was so NASTY! It didn’t even taste like Moo Shu at all. And, she charged my credit card TWICE! (She called me minutes after the food was delivered 25 minutes late. I couldn’t understand anything the woman said except “credit card”. I called BeyondMenu, and was told that this company would straighten out the problem. Today on 1/20, I found out that I was charged twice for the same order, so now I have to deal with that!)
My order arrived 25 minutes late (ordered at 9:30 and supposed to arrive at 10 pm); it didn’t get to me until 10:25 pm. I ordered on a Monday night, and I only live down the street from them on Belvedere.
Also: there was no carrots, mushrooms, or any fungi in it. And, the hoisin sauce (served on the side) was too old & icky! The pancakes {only 4!} were the tasteless & square kind.
Edit: I was charged twice for this order. I had to call BeyondMenu twice to complain about it. I had to speak on the phone to the restaurant 4 times (3 times to a man). I was on the phone with my credit card company 22 minutes to dispute the extra charge!

I will never order from this establishment again, I thought I was ordering from the other Chinese restaurant on Riverdale.. Terrible mistake on my part, when placing my order for delivery she was very rude on the phone, my chicken was cold, they didn’t send any condiments. These ppl are selling old chicken!!! I called to complain, and they didn’t pick up. Since I live a block away I walked over there and told them the chicken was spoiled!! They started calling me a liar.. I should of thrown the whole plate all over the place but I left it on counter and left!! Let them keep the money too!!! I’ve been going to them for 6 years!!!!! You would think that they would take that into consideration!! They didn’t!! I will neverrrrrr order from here again!!!

The food tasted terrible my ribs were burnt and the bbq sauce tasted like magic marker. The rice was soft and too dark ordered a combination and they didn’t send my egg roll. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wish I could give them a zero. The lady I was on the phone with was beyond rude.. I was ordering for 5 different people and I asked her how much is crab sticks so my friend knows how much they need to give back. She would not tell me the price. She was getting smart with me saying “well we can’t deliver for crab sticks”.. I’m like that’s not what I asked you.. after I finally get my order in and give her my card number she just hung up the phone, no total, no how long it’s gonna take.. I called back and told her to cancel my order

This is my go to place for my Chinese takeout. I ordered enough for them to remember my name and number and basically my whole order. Food is always on point and fresh tasting . They’re very nice people and pretty quick with delivery as well. Will have a customer as long as I live where I do .
