Food was cold, I mean ALL the food was cold. I’ve eaten here many times, the past 3 times I wish I’d eaten Ramen Noodles. Service was good. Lemonade tasted like it was brought from grocery store.

Going downhill. We went for dinner last night around 530. The food was cold and looked as if some of it had been sitting there a while. My kids love this place, it was for my son’s birthday. But the quality is getting worse with every visit.
I try to post mostly positive reviews, but maybe by being truthful they will start to improve. We’ve been customers since 2013. We go for the kids. Hubby and I are not impressed anymore. It used to be wonderful.

I used to like this place but now it sucks! We called to check the closing time & made sure we were there over a hour before they closed. Got there & they had already shut down the hibachi grill & put away all the sushi. Had very small amounts of food on the buffet. The staff hovered around like they wanted us to leave. They were not friendly at all. Trued to take our plates away before we had emptied them. Got kind of puffy when we asked for more tea. The food didn’t taste good & when we asked for something to be refilled on the buffet, we were met with an attitude like we were inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. If they don’t want people coming to eat a hour before they close, when we called to ask when they closed they should have said that they stop the hibachi, sushi & adding food to the buffet at 8:30 pm but close at 10. Just a really bad overall experience that costed over $50. No plans to go back. They have changed names & owners & they suck.

I had to stop going here. It used to be amazing with great food and great service. Unfortunately, the last several times I’ve visited I’ve developed a major concern for the over all cleanliness of the restaurant. Each booth I’ve been seated in has had an overwhelming smell of urine surrounding it. Multiple booths are broken, so you’re basically sitting in a sinking hole while eating. The buffet itself is always a mess and the food is not changed out as often as it probably should be. Do NOT eat the sushi, it sits unattended for way too long and I’ve personally watched flys just sit on it. For some reason the Hibachi area always has random pieces of other items mixed into each tub of ingredients and there is not enough emphasis placed on hand hygiene. I do not at all recommend this particular location to anyone.

Well it certainly not new since it’s been there for more than five years! It certainly isn’t as good as it was when they first opened. Lol Food is pretty good with decent selections to choose from. It sure would be nice if they added some flavor to the sushi rice and added eel back to the sushi section.

Just left there and in the middle of starting my meal my son noticed a cockroach walking from under our table. I’ve eaten here multiple times and have never had a problem until tonight. Aside from this disgusting encounter the management and staff handled it very professionally and sweet. They’re great people but I wouldn’t eat there again because no one likes to eat with roaches.

They have wonderful mixture of Chinese American and Japanese dishes. The sushi may be a little weird but they have a wonder taste. Some of the waitress may not fully understand English but they are really kind. My family had a wonderful time here. Thank you

I give this restaurant 1 star because when I arrived I asked for prices and rather then tell me the lady pointed and said it’s right there. No very customer friendly on entry. I chose 3 different types of sushi and only ate 2 pieces because it was terribly old.and dry. I actually was put off at this point in fear of getting sick. The only option on the hibachi is rice. This is not good for anyone who doesn’t want carbs and I asked for low sodium sauces and there were no options. The meat looked old, so I had to be very selective. When I picked up my plate it didn’t appear to have even been cooked more then a few minutes. It tasted bland and I only ate about 4 bites trying to give it a chance. I will not be back. Too bad because they have the means to be a very good place to eat. 🙁
