It was my first time dining here, and I had a wonderful experience! I loved the vibe of the restaurant and the music in the background.

I had 2 dishes – the charred octopus and the pan seared halibut.

The charred octopus was cooked to perfection – I loved the pop of the pepper puree too.

I loved the sweetness of the coconut sauce and how it perfectly accompanied the savory halibut. Jasmine rice was also cooked perfectly.

Wonderful dining experience. Oysters were some of the freshest I’ve ever had, and the filet mignon dish was well balanced and satisfying. For a sub-100 per person restaurant, this place gets a a lot right. Relaxing view overlooking the street from the window tables.

New Heights had great food and made us feel special on our first wedding anniversary. The serving of meat on the lamb chops was a bit small for the price and they were out of 2/3 of the desserts we wanted but overall, a great meal!

There was a credit card surcharge, so just be mindful of that. We didn’t know ahead of time and were surprised.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at this restaurant, and everything was absolutely perfect! We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It was hard to choose a favorite because everything tasted amazing.

The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and very welcoming, which made the celebration even more special. The service was outstanding — the staff were attentive, kind, and very professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. They truly went above and beyond to make our evening memorable.

We had a wonderful time and created beautiful memories. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review – Maryland, USA
Maryland is an incredible state that truly has something for everyone! From the vibrant waterfront of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor to the peaceful beauty of the Chesapeake Bay, the scenery is absolutely stunning. The seafood is outstanding—especially the famous Maryland blue crabs and crab cakes, which are a must-try.
The mix of history, culture, and modern attractions makes Maryland a unique destination. Whether you’re exploring charming towns like Annapolis, enjoying outdoor adventures in state parks, or visiting museums and landmarks, there’s always something exciting to do. The people are friendly, the food is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
Highly recommended for travelers, families, and anyone looking to experience the best of the East Coast! ✨

Service:
Service was slow and inattentive. I am writing this while waiting 35 min for a server to come over and clear our plates. Our entrees were rushed out before our first course was finished.

Food:
Food was hit or miss. We ordered the surf and turf and prime rib. Prime rib was delicious. Surf and turf was 50/50. The lobster tail stood out but steak was overcooked and chewy. The Smoke on the Water cocktail was tasty

Atmosphere:
The environment felt upscale, but too many little mistakes cheapened it. Table wasn’t set when we were taken to it. Champagne came out in wine glasses.

Overall:
There are better restaurants near by that provide just as good of food, better service, and cost significantly less.

Great experience. Rosie, our server, was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The gentleman who brought out our food, he is new to the country and I unfortunately cannot remember his name, was equally pleasant. The food was delicious. Feel like I got lucky stumbling into this restaurant at random after a work event. Will definitely be back.

Walking through the cute front patio, you will enter the cocktail bar on the 1st floor, walk one flight of stairs up to the main dining room. You’ll be greeted with a bright and spacious dining room with lots of windows. We sat on a table in front of the window with the view looking out to Connecticut Ave. Staffs are very pleasant and welcoming. Music is at the right volume, we don’t have to yell over it to talk like in a lot of restaurants these days. Food and drinks are well prepared. We like the Borcht soup, grilled halibut, duck confit and the desert pistachio cake. Also my first time trying the Ukrainian vodka shots with pepper and pickles. We plan to go back for their happy hours to try more cocktails and small bites.

Great restaurant with delicious food, excellent service and peaceful cozy atmosphere. We started with a shot of Ukrainian vodka with black pepper and pickles. Borscht soup was very good. Then we had fried mushrooms, and they were excellent. Pork belly buns and Brazilian steak were also very good. Ceviche was simple and very refreshing. We really enjoyed our meal here and I would certainly recommend! Our server Michael was very friendly and we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. All around great experience! Thank you.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the owner herself and felt at home. The food was incredibly delicious but the drinks were something else! My husband and I can’t wait to come back with friends and family visiting from out of town to show them New Heights.

*update*

Came back to New Heights with my parents and they LOVED it, as I knew they would! Such a lovely restaurant with amazing people, and outstanding food & cocktails. Kateryna and Olena are fantastic and definitely made our experience much more memorable.
