Me and my husband LOVE this place for takeout. My favorite is the chow mein or rice noodle dishes. But everything we’ve had is so good! We’ve ordered three times and have not been disappointed.

If I could give it 0 review I would. By far the worst I have ever had. The pork fried rice was NOT good at all it was dark dark brown crunchy and all burnt taste. The chicken wings were like they were a week old and re heated a handful of times. The pork ribs were like pork Jerry and very dry. The only thing that was good were the fingers. Awful experience and I never write bad reviews. Oh mind you it was at 11:30 when I ordered so it wasn’t like it was sitting all day either they had just opened. update. I just called to have them refund my card and they refused and said they never heard of that before and then said they only allow you to get another plate unless they were called right away took the meal back then they would give a refund. What??????

Tried the New Haverhill Jade on Winter St. in Haverhill last night and was very satisfied. The lady that answers the phone and other staff are extremely nice and friendly. I was told a 25 minute wait but I swear it was more like 15 minutes and the food was hot and smelled delicious. The delivery driver was also very pleasant and polite. The boneless spareribs were very tender and juicy which I enjoy more than the hard, chewy ones. Crab Rangoon was delicious and crispy. Chicken fingers are homemade as far as I can tell by the batter. The plate itself which is pork fried rice with 3 appetizers, a can of Root Beer, and delivery charge was $20 and change. Hot, fresh food, great customer service, fair prices, and quick delivery …. I will definitely keep ordering.

The food is good sometimes but today they sent me my food and it was literally burned to a crisp. When I called to let them know, instead of offering to give me some new food or a refund the manager or whatever he is told me not to order from there anymore. I don’t understand how anyone providing service would treat a repeat customer I order from the weekly and you’d think they would take care of their regular customers but instead they treat me like that. I honestly will not order from them anymore.

The food was absolutely amazing. I got multiple different items. Pu pu platter for 2 was more than I expected. I had a few substitutions and everything came exactly how I ordered. The woman at the counter made sure I got everything I ordered when I picked up. She was very pleasant on the phone as well. I got chicken low mein, it was amazing. The rice and chicken soup was great! I’m used to clear tasteless soup. This was very flavorful. I got the Peking raviolis(dumplings) I would have preferred a longer cook on them but they were very good. The house rice was my favorite. Cooked perfectly and very healthy servings for the price. They did not disappoint! A+ all around.
