So I just had the best salad in my life!!! I walked into this establishment and I could tell instantly that they take pride in their food. Everything was clean, well separated ingredients, Everything looked fresh. This lovely lady greeted me with such a warm and pleasant ahora..she began making my salad and wasn’t skimpy on the portions. I was passing through the town and was so happy that I decided to try this salad shop…I wish I’d live closer because this would be my every day choice when I want something fresh and light to eat. Thank you i wish I would’ve took some better photos but I began to dig in then took this one…lol

I usually love ordering from this place on Uber Eats. Tonight was a total miss. Our rice was not cooked and hard, ingredients we ordered one wrap got mixed up or omitted completely.
Also the wraps came falling apart and poorly made.

I just received a delivery from New Haven Salad Shop. I ordered the Tinga Salad and fresh squeezed orange juice. The salad is tasty and filling. My issue is with the juice. They sent me a bottle of orange soda which is the opposite of what I need to help with my anemia (iron from greens and vitamin c from oranges). I wish they would’ve called me to ask if the swap was ok.

Didn’t get my correct order and this is the second time this has happened. Attached receipt had the correct order listed so was not a customer error. Completely done ordering from this place. If you order from them know that you’re gambling on whether you actually get what you ordered.

I was so looking forward to my salad, I ordered the build your own. Never. Again. Everything was cold, even what should have been hot. The dressing was awful. The chicken was dry. The salad greens tasted dirty. The cucumber tasted like it had chemicals soaked into it. I spit it out and could not finish my salad. It was possibly the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. I will never order there again, and if you do I canNOT recommend the cucumbers.

Parking on the street. Small setting for 12 people with 2 people per table. The display of veggies looks bright and fresh. The host was attentive. I ordered the Caesar chicken wrap, tropical kale smoothie and broccoli cheddar. Everything good. However, I could have had more chicken and less croutons. The broccoli cheddar was really thick and I like mine to have broccoli chunks in it. I loved the smoothie. This is a spot to go to for those looking for healthy options.
