Ordered take out including sweet & sour chicken with white rice, spring roll and a shrimp roll. Portions were large and the food came out hot with a 10 minute drive home. The sweet & sour chicken could have had a little more flavor, but for the price and convenience, it was good.

I used to love this place and the food used to be great. I just came from there today and got the honey wings, but I should have said honey water wings. The price went up by $2 and then you still taking shortcuts no honey on the wings just tan looking water. no honey taste whatsoever like it used to be I’m extremely pissed off and would never go back.

Finally found Egg Foo Yung after my favorite China Station closed down. The gravy was consistently good…there was no layer of grease to meet you. Its been 10yrs and finally happy…Delicious!!!!
I became elated when they had cans of Pepsi…Anyone from the North understands how a can of Pepsi compliments Chinese Food.
Regarding customer service…hope they listen to the customers..I had a great experience…Honestly I would take subpar customer service and great food with great prices..over great customer service and lousy tasting food at high prices.
Hope.they improve ..please listen to your customers…..but for me I will definitely be back!!

I don’t know where you are going to get better American/Chinese takeout in the area. Emphasis on takeout. They have several tables but it doesn’t feel they want you there.
I like the boneless short ribs. The are sweet and juicy and hit the spot every time.
The wait times are short and it feels the employees patience are even shorter.

New hans makes great food, I enjoy their dishes! But the customer service here is bad. The young man at the front of the restaurant is always very rude and has a very unpleasant attitude. He always seems irritated and treats customers rudely. I have never been greeted kindly at this restaurant, and I order all the time. When ordering takeout on the phone he is always rushing and often messes up my orders. Food here is great and I love supporting small businesses but as a customer, the customer service needs to change. Please treat your customers better! Be kind, patient, and greet your customers, who help support your business.
