The location is cute on the inside, but you’d definitely miss it if you weren’t looking for it outside.
Coffee is provided by Crimson Cup which is not my favorite. But it was a decent cold brew.
Small space with limited seating and it did sound like the staff was having issues with the drive thru communication.
But overall a decent place to grab coffee on the go.

Saw this place in the works for quite a while so I decided to walk on over and give it a try. I got my drink within a couple min of ordering. They were fast, efficient and the atmosphere is really cool! It’s not the “best” coffee place in Columbus, but my latte was very solid. My only suggestion for the company is to move the cashier to the side by the door so the line functions better!

I ordered an iced latte, and specifically asked how many shots of espresso came in a medium vs a large. I was told a medium has two shots. Upon my drink being ready within a minute I knew they had used coldbrew instead of espresso and charged me 6$ . The girl who handed me my drink told me it was coldbrew when I asked and she did offer to remake it but explained the coffee shop uses “coldbrew shots” in their iced latte, which isn’t an iced latte its an overpriced iced coffee. Businesses do this to cut quality and cost at the expense of their customers. Authentic coffee shops do not use these practices, due to it being a shortcut. A latte (iced or hot) is espresso, it is not coldbrew.
Although I appreciate the owner’s response, as stated I did ask prior to ordering about espresso shots. A customer should not have to ask for espresso in their latte, it should be the standard, or advertise it as it really is, a cold brew latte.

Ordered hot chai. It was the weakest and most tasteless chai I’ve ever had. I don’t know how you can mess up chai, but they did. Talking with others, their opinion of the coffee was meh at best. Weakness being the main complaint. Red Hen down the street is much better.

I have only been in there twice since opening. I was excited about it because I could walk there before work. The first time was on opening day. I didn’t get off work till 20 minutes before they closed and didn’t get there till about 5 minutes so I could definitely understand, on opening day, someone coming in as you are trying to get the place for closing time done is not something you want to happen. I apologized and the girl taking my order didn’t give a reply and definitely looked miffed. I just tried to chalk it up to what I mentioned before. The second time, at a much better time, I can’t say the girl’s demeanor were much better. They really are just not welcoming. And the drinks aren’t much special.
Today, my boss went over to try it out. She told me about her experience and unfortunately we both have walked away not liking this location.
I will definitely recommend the West Jeff and Hilliard locations. The girls at those locations care about the customers and not just their little clique in the store.

I love that this little gem opened up down the street from me! I’ve been frequenting a couple times per week and everything is always amazing. I’m a big fan of the Italian sodas, because they aren’t overly sweet!
My only recommendation is to make some changes to the drive through- whenever my husband and I try ordering through the drive through, it’s very hard for the staff to hear us. We usually go inside now, which is not an issue for us!

I ordered a cold brew and was charged $5.50 for it. I saw the barista only fill it about halfway with coffee and then the rest with ice. I kid you not I couldn’t even stick my straw through the cup because there was so much ice. I won’t coming back since I paid $5.50 for a small cold brew with 50% ice. Try the red hen nearby. Cheaper and a proper serving.

Took me saying my order three times in the drive thru for her to acknowledge it correctly. When I got the drink it was not even what I ordered but by that time I didn’t think saying anything would be worth it. Hopefully it’s just growing pains, I’ll try them again in a few months.

The coffee is always out of this world. The sweetest baristas ever And it’s just such a chill atmosphere. I love it. I love that there’s more locations to go to now, so depending on where I’m at I can stop it and get my favorite. Caramel macchiato with almond milk and whipped cream.
