Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Don’t waste your money. Chicken was undercooked. Broccoli was old. Shrimp egg roll was very soggy! I don’t understand. The reviews are bad but I went against my gut and ordered this old, stale food! They didn’t provide a fork or napkins. They literally threw my food in a bag and drenched it in sauce. It was a waste of my money. I threw it out. Please save your money. It’s not worth it. I’m highly disappointed but I will not be going back there.

I don’t know what happened to this place. I used to go here once a week, and the food was consistently above mid. After the meal I just had, I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. So much MSG in the pork fried rice it made my lips swell. The General Tso’s chicken was all sauce, little chicken, and overcooked. All bad. The only consistent thing there is the grumpy lady at the counter.

it is Chinese family from older generation running it, they have their way of doing business , deal with it.(Understand the less than perfect review on their attitude) they are doing their best to acclimate. Bottom line, you want to eat good food and they offer great food.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed in the staff and management. We called on a Thursday evening for delivery and were told our order would be delivered in 45-50 minutes. An hour and 20 min we called and were told our order would be here in 10 min (no apology or anything). We call a third time and then were advised they were busy and the lady hung the phone up on us. My husband then called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady said she would transfer him then hung up. When he called back it was a different lady who rudely told him the manager wasn’t working today and she would not transfer him. She also said they were busy and there was nothing they could do about our order being two hours late at this point. We insisted the manager call us back and when he finally did he did apologize for the rude behavior of the staff and said if we ordered next time he would throw in a free “fried rice.” I told him that wasn’t acceptable given that we were on the phone with him two hours after we placed our order and the food still wasn’t there and he said it was the best he could do and hung up. When we finally got our food it obviously wasn’t warm, we were missing an egg roll and the soda we paid for was the wrong soda. I don’t usually write reviews or speak to managers but the lady was so rude and the manager truly did nothing to try remedy the situation. Mind you this was a $40 order for two dinner plates and sodas.

I came here after a long day. It was the end of the night for everyone. I ordered kunpao chicken and pepper steak. Everything was fresh and delicious. I found my new spot! Highly recommend.

First) Accessibility. I use an Electric Wheelchair was able to enter Restaurant after first repeatedly knocking on the store’s Window. There was a person inside why ignored several requests to open door. After I finally entered. Went to the counter to order food. The Two that responded spoke poor English. I asked the cook for specific containers He told me I couldn’t have what I requested. Specifically! I wanted containers that would be easily recycled. He told my no. I asked for a large amount of Rice, as I ordered 2-large meals. To say the least he was not courteous at all. Not nasty, but somewhat rude. He violated 2 business rules as to my being served. 1) The customer is always right, and 2) If the customer is ever wrong go back to rule 1. Didn’t give sufficient condiments: Soy Sauce, and Duck Sauce. I went home, and ate. Food was a bit on the slimy, and otherwise poor in quality. The next day I went to have the remainder of the food. It tasted even worse, and looked bad also. I destroyed the remainder of the 2 meals. The Rice was OK, so I made a bit of a cereal adding Honey, and Whole Milk. My Chinese food was the worst meal of this type food I can remember. I do not recommend them to anyone at all.

I was recommended this place from a coworker of mine. I enjoyed the Boneless Spare Ribs and General Tso Chicken combos. The rice and egg rolls were really good. Last weekend, I tried the Pepper Steak and it was ok. I wish the meat was more tender. It was a bit chewy. The Chicken with Broccoli in garlic sauce was also “ok”. Should have no problem with parking.

First time ever coming here and the lady in the front immediately was rude and nasty. I thought it was just me, but as I sat on the side waiting for my order, another lady came to pick up her food. She asked for extra hot sauce and the worker began to talk to her crazy and give her attitude. To the point where the lady lady the food and left. She proceeded to yell in her language and throw things to her coworker. As I grabbed my food from the guy, I told him she needs to change her attitude bc I won’t be back here. Damn shame because the good was actually decent.
