Went for a customer pick up and and the older lady and man up front were so sweet and warm. But before I left I 2x checked everything and my Crab Rangoon was missing. I went back and the older lady who might be the mother was SO NICE AND SWEET and had it hot and ready FAST! I appreciate FRIENDLY and respectful service❤️

Chicken fried rice didn’t have anything but rice in it… not even chicken!!! Egg rolls were chalky tasting… beef egg foo young didn’t have any flavor, nor did the gravy. I’ve never been more disappointed about chinese food in my life.

I order from here very frequent because I stay near. I asked over the phone multiple times to make sure my egg foo young is not in gravy. Please make sure it’s on the side. Stressed it. Then when I made it there the guy repeated my order back saying with the gravy on the side. To me not having no gravy on the side. The egg foo young is completely submerged in gravy. I called to understand how my order got messed up and the guy specified what my ordered exactly was when I got there. (I didn’t double check the order because he confirmed it for me picking it up) the guy who cashed me out/confirmed my pick up. Answered and told me he was getting a manager. To the manager NEVER apologizing. BUT TO TELL ME I DIDNT TELL HIM I WANTED IT ON THE SIDE, LITERALLY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE NADE SURE I TOLD HIM ON SIDE, which I was confused because what the hell did I tell him other than GRAVY ON THE SIDE. Ncudtomer service what so ever and dismissive. Didnt want to correct the mistake nor take accountability. I hate that for them.

Went there last week and and also a month ago and the people just walked in put their stuff down and just started serving the customers in front of me as soon as it was my turn I boldly said to them the restaurant is very dirty both over the counter and in the waiting/eating area. Tables were very filthy. Now washing of hands.

Don’t waste your money!!! Food is terrible! Old food, burnt, egg rolls are spoiled and the inside of the restaurant is dirty!! Beware of ordering online!!! Been several times I order veggie because I am allergic to seafood. They would send me something with shrimp!!! than when I called to complain they tried to put the responsibility on me to call or make a note on my order instead of making what ordered correctly and apologizing.

My staff member wanted to treat us for lunch and she picked this establishment 4/25/25. She lives in the neighborhood has come to this place often, and loves the fried chicken. She ordered 2 small combination rice ( one spicy) and 2 eight piece wings. When we got the food, some staff members had begun eating. When I started eating it, the rice didn’t taste right and the chicken was very hard ( so hard that if you continue bite into it, you may lose a tooth. This was very disappointing for me and the co-workers i was trying to treat for lunch. I couldn’t take it back right away because I was at work. I called three times, got hung up on, and told the manager is not in, and we are super busy. After work i went up there. I was not expecting a full refund because we had eaten some. While giving me a partial refund, the lady began to say, I am taking money from her and I couldn’t return to the restaurant that she would put my name down to make sure of that. I continue to explain to her that the food didn’t taste right and the chicken was hard. When we patronize these places , given them are hard earned money, it should never be an issue where the manager doesn’t want to make it right for the customer. I didn’t come in with an attitude or disrespectful. I just expect good quality food for my hard earned money. I just hope more people speak up if there food is not cooked properly or is distasteful, therefore they can fix it or just close down

Yes, every single review about this restaurant is true dealing with the hard dry orange chicken and the dirty restaurant. First time, having lunch at this spot. I wanted some Wayan’s bourbon chicken next door. But I decided to go to this restaurant because they sell smoothies. Well I made a mistake guys!! The food was horrible, the restaurant is nasty as hell. In the lobby they have this dirty fan. Stuff all behind the counters, not organized and look likes garbage. They are storing food under the counter. No lids on the food just opened!! I was sick not in my right mind when I decided to spend my money at this spot. I got some chicken noodle soup and it had lettuce in it omg. Black beautiful people it’s time for this restaurant to close their doors for good. So I will be reaching out to Department of Public Health. Samantha Chapman needs to do a report about this restaurant on ABC news. 7/31/2025.
