This review is for the all you can eat menu only. Went here for my second time last week and it did not disappoint.
My husband and I did the all you can eat and definitely got our money’s worth! The sushi is fresh and prepared well. They’re not strict with ordering just one thing at a time either. Orders a reasonable amount that you’ll eat at a time and it’s fine.
I had their seaweed salad last visit and that is very good. However, I was not a fan of the cucumber salad. It was strips of cucumber with what seemed to be yum yum sauce on top instead of being in a vinegar based liquid like I was expecting.
The Crab Rangoon was very good which is one of my favorite Asian dishes so, yay! The crazy roll (pictured) and all of the sushi/rolls we got were amazing with one exception…
My biggest complaint (one star removal reason) is that there is no spice/heat level to anything. I got an order of the general task tso’s chicken and it was pretty flavorless… closer to a sesame chicken… the spicy tuna hand roll was more like a plain tuna hand roll… even the wasabi was lacking heat…
Come for the all you can eat sushi and don’t expect any heat and you won’t be disappointed!

New Ginger is a wonderful experience for the entire family, a friendly get together, or even a romantic date!
The atmosphere is fantastic, popular music is always playing a manageable volume that isn’t intrusive but also loud enough to enjoy. The decorations are all asian inspired or directly asian to make you feel like you have teleported into a sushi bar from the east!
The sushi is ALWAYS fresh and delicious, hand made by an authetic sushi chef!
If you’re not into sushi they also have a vast menu of many different asian staples like General Tso’s chicken or Miso soups, I personally always get the all you can eat, at $24.99 a person for lunch and $33.99 for dinner, you can’t beat this place!
The wait staff is always very friendly and attentive, you are never waiting on a refill or your next order!
My server today (and many times before) was Becky, she was wonderful like always, easy to talk to and never fails to carry her smile, even when it’s busy or hectic!
I’ve yet to have a bad experience here in all the years since it opened, please if you’re a fan of sushi or asian cuisine in general, try this place out, you won’t regret it!

Went here the other day. Took on the all you can eat for dinner.
Was ok. Not that impressive. Mostly tuna, shrimp, crab, salmon variations of rolls and not much for sushi/sashimi to choose from.
I did like how they had other things to choose from though like entrees but I’m smaller portions you can get though.

The food was good and fresh .. hot and sour soup no pork and not spicy .. but delicious rice could’ve had more green onions .. egg roll .. over stuffed cabbage.. but overall everything was good .. I give 4 stars

Tried New Ginger tonight for a quick date night with my husband and we can’t believe we’ve been missing out. The food was amazing, super affordable, and came out fast. I had the fried vegetable rice and sweet & sour chicken, and my husband had the teriyaki steak on a stick, it was ok, with crab rangoon which he said stole the show he ordered another round. The gyoza was my favorite (steamed dumpling perfection) we enjoyed trying all the house sauces. Our server Brad was super kind and took great care of us. We brought our baby who was so well received, which made the experience even better. Generous portions, leftovers enough to take home, and we’ll definitely be regulars. Can’t wait to try the sushi next! Yum!

The food was fabulous. They have an all you can eat menu and an ordering menu. They have thai, japanese, chinese, all asian foods. The sashimi is awesome, and the sushi bar was perfect. This was our first time here, and I will definitely go back many times. I’d say best asian restaurant in Gulf Breeze.

The sushi was very average in taste and presentation. They weren’t bad, but not that good. I don’t think we’ll be regulars) but it was worth a visit. The hall is spacious and the waiters are attentive. The music is pleasant.

The food was very greasy and way too much batter on the chicken. Sushi was alright, not anything crazy good, not anything terrible. It was edible. I got the $32.99 AYCE dinner, not worth it in my opinion. Overall the food here is not worth it.
