This place! Enough said. Stumbled across this gem on a Saturday afternoon. The prices are amazing and the food is authentic. The but who served us super nice. Another lady who was there was her first time and loved it too! Then a party of six came in who have been coming for years and everyone talked. Have not found a more friendly place in Phoenix.

The flavors are solid and the portions are large. I can’t say enough about the egg rolls. You can tell it is ALL handcrafted. No boxed junk from Shamrock Foods here.

If you want to have fun experience, step back in time, and great food at great prices, then DON’T miss this place. Park in back and come on in!

Not recommended. I remember eating here decades ago and have a faded memory of a dive joint, but in an endearing way. I returned and was beyond disappointed. Everything was completely run down, food was mediocre at best, and I spent the entire meal staring at a drooping dusty fan blade on a ceiling fan that apparently wasn’t working. Only redeeming quality for me was a nice server. I will not return.

Don’t let the looks fool you. This place is perfect. It has such a cozy atmosphere and the food is to die for. The portions are huge and the service is top notch. Also, the Chow Mein had the authentic fried crunchy noodles my wife loves, so I’m beyond pleased.

So I saw a lot of posts about this place. It’s definitely good and it is affordable the sesame chicken was really good. I really liked the fried rice and the chicken/buffalo wings were very good! I would definitely recommend it but not sure how often I will visit as there are other places in town that might have a little bit more of what I am looking for in a Chinese restaurant. If you want to eat at a restaurant this is definitely one of the better places for sure especially with the price.

This place is filthy, I cannot believe the board of health has not taken this place to task. Starting with the menus which were black, along with the door to the kitchen, both sides. The bathroom was over the top bad, do not have your Wife or girlfriend use it. The food was marginal, 10 minutes between dishes, we had three. The light rail will provide them with way for this establishment to sell out. Dine at your own risk.

What happened? Nothing new or clean about this restaurant. We use to love eating at this restaurant as it was a staple of memories. Today the food was salty and oily. If your ok with sitting in dirty seats, touching sticky salt and pepper shakers and years of old food splattered on the walls then New garden is the place. Do better New Garden. Take a few minutes of the day and clean the dinner room and kitchen… Very sad.

This place is in a kind of an awkward area but it is SO WORTH IT! The food is really good! They sometimes are running a bit behind on orders during lunch time, but that just means they’re delicious and everyone is ordering! My whole office loves this food, we all definitely recommend it! They also package it very nicely and give us a big box to help carry it all, which is nice!

I can honestly say the food tastes ok, the house fried rice was very tasty, you can also detect poor quality. The restaurant is very dirty and old, the floors looked they haven’t been cleaned in months. The young lady that served our food looked very dirty, dirty hair. If you go there be prepare to a high possibility of getting food poisoning, it happened to most of us!
I can’t recommend this restaurant, no way!

Small .on the corner of a neighborhood . Food is great worth the wait. 48 min from kitchen to table. The egg rolls were the size of my hand . packed with flavor . Green beans and BBQ pork , sweet and sour pork , chicken lo main and pork fried rice excellent. Food made to order
