We read the reviews that suggested preordering online, which was easy to do. Our order was ready right about when we arrived. Our bagels were made accurately, fresh, and served warm. They tasted great and lots of choices to choose from. The mocha latte made with homeland creamery chocolate milk was also very good. We look forward to coming here again.

I like the food. The service was great! The staff was great! They were all very nice and helpful. The Latte was delicious! I had the bacon egg and cheese bagel. The home fries were seasoned very well. The prices are reasonable. The parking is decent. It’s a busy area. I highly recommend and I will be back!!

This was my first time visiting this cute little bagel shop. Their menu is sweet and simple but plenty to choose from. They have a great variety of bagel choices. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, turkey bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, and a turkey lunch meat with cheese on a pumpernickel bagel all toasted. The family enjoyed them. Their customer service was wonderful. I got the pleasure to talk to one young lady who’s been there for some years. She said everyone who works there is like a family. That says a lot about the owners! I love little shops like these, it’s good for our community. She also told me that the mornings are the busiest. I went about an hour before closing time. There were only 3 of us customers getting quick service. We will be back!!

This was my first visit to New Garden Bagel Co! The staff was very friendly. I got an assortment and loved all of them. They have a nice texture and a good traditional flavor.
I was pleased that they were well stocked up even around 10:30AM when I arrived so I got to try every kind I wanted! I’ll definitely be back. Oh and I really liked that they give you a “Baker’s Dozen” aka 13 bagels for their dozen. Next time I want to try a bialy if they have them!

I ordered the turkey sandwich, and was really excited to try it because a friend of mine told me about this place. I ordered at the restaurant and drove home to eat my bagel. To my surprise there was only 2-3 pieces of turkey in the actually bagel, which I paid around 11.49 for (no receipt given to me after I ordered). The bagel was also not cut through all the way and had to tear part of it to break it in half. I also ordered it with pepper jack which is clearly not what they gave me. I tired to call and they are not answering their phones anymore. My fried told me when she ordered this sandwich it was stacked with turkey. So unfortunate they are not consistent and no way of getting immediate hold of them to try to fix this.

As a New Yorker who lives in the south, I’m tough when it comes to pizza/bagels I’m going to start with the good the drip coffee is really good now as for the bagels they are not bad but they are mini bagels!!! I had a plain bagel with maple cinnamon spread also plain with strawberry spread besides them being mini’s that’s my only complaint

Great food and service packed in a unassuming shop. The team there really knows how to deliver excellent customer service. A broad menu that doesn’t sacrifice quality. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on service is because if you go in on a day when whomever the guy is that throws the energy off is in-store (he was there today 2/14/26), you may notice some disruptions. He may be an owner/investor (sorry, but trust your crew to do what they do best and stay out of the way).

This place is honestly mid. I’ll be honest the price is okay but DAMN the amount of cream cheese is so slim. Acting like they have a cream cheese shortage, please put some more on those bagels. Their service just seemed like they were tired. Like they’re one bad day away from quitting but they’re still pretty nice. We also asked for a scooped out Ham, egg, and cheese bagel, didn’t do it. Overall it’s just mid coming from someone who lived in New York for 14 years.

They definitely have the bagel part down pact and I can’t take that from them but boy do they need work in the other areas. A staff full of 16 year olds with absolutely zero customer service or personality maybe to keep expenses low ? And they make their own schedule so don’t pay attention to the online hours. Every time I show up in the after noon there’s either a sign on the door saying they closed earlier or out of bagels. I’ve even spoke with management about the customer service aspect gave them a long break then months later decided to come back absolutely nothing changed. I’ll always drive the extra minutes to a different bagel spot after today.

So I went here to get a salami bagel. They don’t have that, but they have an Italian sandwich that has salami on it. So I asked if they could just ring me up as an Italian sandwich (which is $12) but just put it on a bagel. They absolutely refused and then the owners father told me to get out. LOL. You have salami but can’t put it on a bagel only the sandwich? Even if I pay the price of the sandwich?? Absolutely disgusting service & the way I was treated.
Reply: because I was standing at counter for 5 minutes while the lady stood there on an iPad and said “someone will be with you” after 5 minutes and no one came so yes I said “can you stop what you’re doing and help me”. I understood what you were saying. I didn’t care how much salami it was, I just wanted it on a bagel. Me offering to pay full price of the sandwich just to get a couple pieces on a bagel but you still refusing is just crazy. Regardless the customer service there is terrible.
