The food, service and atmosphere are always on point here! I finally tried the OMG roles alongside my hibachi and it was awesome! I highly recommend this place

My family enjoys a fun hibachi experience and we have been looking for a good spot in the Fredericksburg area. We tried Fujita House and were happy with our choice. There was a wait, once seated, before we ordered and started to receive our food. The soup was tasty and the salad was very good, especially the dressing. Our cook was very friendly and entertaining/interactive. I had the steak and chicken combo, the steak was good and the chicken could have been a bit better (a tad chewy on some pieces). The rice was good and the vegetables were tasty and well seasoned. We will be returning.

To start off the service is VERY bad the server that was taking care of us did not know how much anything extra cost nor knew how to work the cash register to look up a price He told me to add tofu it would be $11 for five pieces. Then, after that our table was already full, they added additional three more people, so we were crammed in sitting elbow to elbow to each other. It was very unpleasant in with the fire from the hibachi. It was extremely hot sitting like that. The Server took our orders and we had two children which we ordered from the kids menu not only did they get Food that we didn’t order in the people in our table ordered, but it was so badly in my four year old ask for more sauce and seasonings. Our Cook was the most boring is cook we ever gotten anywhere. He did not speak to anyone of us, and he just hurried up and cooked the food and went away. Some of us ordered steak, shrimp, chicken all of it was very chewy, and very, very bland or very SALTED down. Where you could not enjoy that meal. It was a waste of time coming here in a waste of money. We will never be back here, and I definitely do not recommend this place to anybody. They are more hibachi places in town that are worth your wild and you get your tummy full.

We visited for a birthday celebration and rhe staff was friendly and very accommodating. George, our server made sure we had everything we need for a great diner experience. The chef was great with his acrobatics and making of our foods. All the connecting with us while he made our food. Great place, will be back.

I wanted to like it. It’s pricey. Family of four with tip, almost $160. The service was good and the chef was skilled with the regular tricks and nice…the food was just average and too much. Also, it’s very dated like stepping back into the 90s. Everything was very sticky too because of the oil splatter. My cup was even sticky and this was before the griddle was on and cooking. Probably won’t be back. I can do this on my deck for 5 days with prime steak from Costco for this price. I’d skip it. Sushi was just OK. Pieces were too big and needed to be a little smaller. The steak was overcooked. Son asked for medium rare and got medium well and I asked for medium and received well done.

Solid 3. Stick to the Yakitori and you’ll be fine. Two of us dined here. My family member wanted gyoza and yakisoba. I wanted sushi and sashimi for one. The gyoza/yakisoba came out 15-20 minutes before the sushi. They were done eating before I got my food. The sushi was very basic and bland, it looked like 6 pc of tuna maki (rice and fish) and 6 pc of california. That roll had tobiko haphazardly sprinkled on it. The sashimi was standard stock you get in VA which is fine, problem was that each piece had some sort of wasabi relish/topping on it. I’ve never had any establishment put that on sashimi. I am not a wasabi fan. This is Virginia. I’m not expecting top quality sushi or sashimi, but I’ve had far better tasting sushi and sashimi elsewhere here. For what I paid I was disappointed and do not plan on returning.

Food and service was fantastic but the food is the star of the show really. Found everything to be very flavorful and seasoned to perfection. Management was very friendly and attentive. New favorite hibachi spot in Fredericksburg. Highly recommended

THIS IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN FREDERICKSBURG!!! If you like sushi at all, not only is this the best tasting, but the prices are so good for what you get!! Customer service is phenomenal, the chefs really know what they’re doing, the owner is incredibly kind and genuine, and all staff is just so great! Please stop by if you can, you won’t regret trying it. Their extensive and very well crafted menu has something for everyone, I guarantee it.

The food was wonderful. Our server, George, was the absolute best. We never had to ask for a thing he was on top of it at every turn. We didn’t get our hibachi chef’s name but he was awesome. We highly recommend
