Wonderful food! Relaxed atmosphere and tgey special made our poutine with sweet potato fries which was marvelous! We got apps meal and dessert with tip for $40+ each! Jadyn was our very helpful and lovely waitress.

We eat here often. It’s our local “go to” place for dinner. The food is great. They have an oyster bar with rotating options. We’ve always had good service. And the drinks are great too. The menu is a little limited on main course options but there’s plenty to choose from and everything we’ve had had been excellent. The seating is comfortable and they are no blaring music or tv so you can still have a nice conversation during dinner.

The main problem was I ordered the steak tips. I expect a broken down tri-tip, but was served a cut up strip steak that sucked due to the tendons I had to chew. Plus there was more plate than food. Not even good. I’ll pack a sandwich next time I head that way.

Lea made our visit so memorable. She was warm and welcoming right away, and she was amazing with our daughter — had her smiling the whole time. She kept things fun while still being super attentive and on top of everything we needed. It all felt so genuine, which you don’t come across often. She’s a big reason we’ll definitely be back!

Awesome food with gluten free options! I ordered a burger well done and it came as close to raw as a restaurant can serve, basically still cold. Even my boyfriend who doesn’t mind rare meat was shocked. I told the waitress and she was very accommodating and put a rush on a new burger. The second one was perfect although by the time it came out my boyfriend was pretty much done with his food. All in all I would definitely recommend this place, the nice staff, the atmosphere, and food were all excellent!

We chose the Tap Room b/c the reviews said it was the best place to get fish & chips in Hookset.
Ordered fish and chips with fried cheese curds. Cheese curds came out nice and hot were very tasty. Unfortunately the fish and chips were a problem. The fish was barely warm with a thick batter and the fries were warm and mushy.
Wait staff was great. She was friendly and attentive.
