Cute little spot that’s become a favorite. The lobster bisque is super flavorful. We had some clams and shrimp-perfect. The shrimp was nice and snappy-not rubbery or limp. Had a fish and chip basket, flaky pieces of haddock, just how you like. Crab cakes are BOMB- so much crab, not filler. Always a good trip. Wait time is always reasonable, and its very clean

Staff is always polite, seafood is always fresh, portions are always good, we’ve never had a negative experience in all the years.
The chowder is very good, the fried food is amazing!
January 2026: I popped in for a clam strip basket on my way through town. They were so tender and delicious. The fish fry coating they use brings exceptional flavor, they were perfectly cooked, so much food I couldn’t finish the steak fries it came with.

Love their offerings. The steamer was da bomb! It was slightly sandy even after taking a bath, but the clams were so fresh and sweet. We also tried the clam chowder, haddock (Trio), and oysters. All were delicious.

4/15-The girl upfront is friendly and greets you as you walk in. She was patient and answered my questions and made a recommendation.
I ordered a half and half meal. If you look at it you may think it’s not a lot, but I got full. I paid $21.40 for fries, 4 shrimp and 3 Haddock bites. A pint of chowder is $6.50. It’s made fresh and it’s filling.
The chowder. I ate half. It was not the best I’ve had but worth trying a cup. I felt it was not seasoned. Maybe they make it this way to allow you to add a little salt. I don’t use salt. Not saying it was not good, because it was. The crackers add to it. Sill 5
I’m here for work, so I’ll keep trying other places. If I find out this is the best, I’ll be back with an update!

We stopped here for dinner early on a Sunday and received our food quite promptly, and it was not too busy but not empty either. The inside was stuffy, so we ate outside. The fisherman’s platter was more than enough for two people. The seafood itself was fine but not great, the coleslaw was decent, the fries definitely needed ketchup, and the onion rings were the best part! The price was pretty standard for seafood. Overall, it was okay but not outstanding.

A must stop place for fresh seafood cooked to perfection. Meals can be fried or broiled with choice of sides. I always order a pint of their delicious cole slaw. The chowder and bisque always hit the spot. They also have a fresh fish market with great choices.

A worthwhile stop for classic New England seafood in a no nonsense restaurant. Order at the counter and take it to go, or there is ample seating available to sit and enjoy your delicious food at the restaurant. Pictured here includes a broiled haddock filet with potato salad, which I enjoyed for lunch. Broiled plates are available up until 4pm during the week.

We used to live in the area. Whenever we visit we get fried clam bellies. The ones we got today were delicious. This place is not really a restaurant but a place to sit and eat in a deli which is ok if you’re more interested in flavor and not so much ambiance. Prices were high but all fresh seafood anywhere is high now days. I would eat here again.

Paid $12 for an “add on of fried lobster” to my shrimp and haddock combo plate, which was $21 (w half onion rings/fries).I have years going here but can’t believe I paid $12 for two small pieces of lobster.. I called back and the cook said he weighted 3oz..what a shame.
