The best muffin I think I have ever tasted. I had a grilled Orange Cranberry muffin and Strawberry Rhubarb muffin during my 1st visit to this little spot in Milldale. Fluffy, very big, full of cranberries and nuts, and orange flavor. The Strawberry Rhubarb tasted like strawberries but I would have liked more Rhubarb for more tanginess.
Prices are very reasonable and the ladies are all very friendly and helpful. The downside is there are no tables for eating indoors however there were a few tables outside. Fresh coffee with free refill and many different flavors of coffee and tea for your enjoyment.
Also have breakfast sandwiches, but the muffins are the star of the show here.
Got to get there early or your favorite flavors will be gone and they close early.

Have been going here for years. It’s a wonderful bakery. The breakfast sandwiches are great and made on a grill, not microwaved junk like most places. The owner is wonderful and the women who work there are so kind. They do have gluten free muffins there but call and check before you go there. They have brewed flavored coffee and brewed flavored iced coffee which is hard to find and I love it since I hate when places only offer syrup for flavors. They cheesecake muffins (red velvet or pumpkin depending on the time of the year) are delicious. My most recent favorite is the blackberry white chocolate muffin, but I have never had a bad muffin here and they have options for everyone.

I found another little gem for everyone to visit! I walked in and was greeted with a smile. The reason they get 4 is because there were hardly any muffins left, they told me I have to come early. I get it, because the muffins were delicious! I got mine toasted with butter and a sticky bun coffee! Enjoy this little gem!

Absolutely love the muffin factory and their staff! We’ve been working with them for a few years now. Huge selection of delicious muffins, breakfast sandwiches are on point and the staff is always incredibly friendly and courteous. Highly recommended if you haven’t stopped in yet!

Our family’s new obsession. You can’t beat this place! The muffin flavors are diverse, the textures are perfect (moist inside, crunchy on top), and the service is friendly. And, I now like egg sandwiches thanks to The New England Muffin Factory. The eggs are over medium with no runny yoke yet not overcooked either. And the bread? Perfection! Give this place a try, and you won’t be disappointed.

Just stopped by for the first time and I am so glad I did! their bacon egg and cheese sandwich is the best I have ever had, the apple cinnamon muffin is delicious, and the staff was so kind and helpful. I ordered a dozen muffins for an event on Monday and I am so excited to share them with others. highly recommend. I will for sure be back.
