After arriving in town on a late flight, I was looking for something quick, easy, and satisfying to take back to my hotel—and New Dragon Chinese Restaurant delivered perfectly. I called in my order, and to my surprise, my food was ready for pickup in just 10 minutes.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was especially appreciated after a long day of travel. The prices were just right, and I really liked that they offer both small and large portions depending on your appetite or needs. That flexibility made it the perfect choice for me.
Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve already marked New Dragon on my map and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

THEY ARE my number one day one RESTAURANT WHERE I orders here a lot the chicken wings and the lo mein is the best with the sugar biscuit. You could never go wrong.

I’d have to put this one at average-needs improvement. Reasons for this starting with the fact that there is plenty of competition in the immediate area.
Second reason is Uber Eats which is a relatively new delivery service catering to the “final mile.” and delivered to the individual.
There prices and selection are comparable, if not higher. They charge a $5.99 delivery fee, and if this is added onto the “market charge” by Uber, plus the sales tax, plus the tip.
Well I think the situation can become the service itself costing almost as much as the food.
Perhaps over time this will improve but for right now change and a better direction is needed.

used my last dime (literally) to buy my family food. they called and said “we’re not gonna deliver it to you.” I said ok, then I’ll pick it up and if you’ll just refund the delivery fee i paid, that would be great.” The dude canceled the entire order and it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to go through. So how am i supposed to feed my family tonight? I don’t know what to do. i just can’t understand why in the world, when every other food service website has the ability to say “you’re not in delivery range”, why they wouldn’t have that on theirs? I called back, but they can’t fix it. their response was “find New Dragon closer to you.” BUT THIS WAS THE CLOSEST PLACE, and again, NO MONEY to buy food now….

Ordered from them the other night because The Chinese Food place near me stopped Delivering and I found out new dragon was also near me And they delivered I wasn’t feeling good that day to go out and pick up anything Or cook anything So I found this place and I’m really happy that they deliver. their food was delicious And I got my food earlier than what the online order said it would be at my house I was really surprised and happy And you get a lot more options if you want to substitute an Item I saw on their website.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You have one happy customer that will be coming back

The egg rolls where good , the wings where just plain , no asian flavor , the Pork fried rice was that yellow cheap rice , I will never ever eat there again , there’s so many other Chinese restaurants in Jacksonville that’s way way way better , why did I choose this place ? My wife and I use toeat there aboit 2 years ago and it was good , not anymore ,

Good food. We didn’t want the usual buffet but they have many selections. I didn’t expect to get a lot for amount i paid for. Cashier was great and understood. They even brought it out to us 🙂 very polite. Give them a try & judge for yourself. They do a lot off to go. They have special coupons as well. Who else you know gives free 2 liters with food?

Not sure why this place has a low average review but I’ve been ordering from them for years now and their food is always consistent and fresh. Friendly people when I go pick up the order also. Clean dining room. Very generous portions of food.
