New Delhi Palace is intimate and tranquil. The service is quick and the food is incredible! Huge fan of their Chicken Makhni! The garlic Naan is remarkably soft and fluffy! Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms but that pink soap is awful! Forgivable when the food is as flavorful as it is! A huge plus is the free parking structure behind the joint. Rare for LA.

I’ve been here before, but this was my first time enjoying their lunch buffet and I’m so thrilled that we have the option locally! The service is great, the prices are fair, and there is so much delicious variety! Really happy I discovered this place since good Indian food is few and far between in LA, will definitely be coming back

I like the food here, and my partner and I have been coming here for over 25 years so it’s one of those places that has lasted. My favorite dish is the mattar Paneer with a side of basmati rice. The staff is sometimes friendly depending on who you get. The atmosphere is nice and quiet.

We showed up and called late with a party of 11 people on a Saturday night after seeing a show at the Icehouse. They were pretty much closed, but they stayed open for us and the owner was there. The food was delicious. They’re very friendly and it was just a beautiful business and we really appreciated it and highly recommend it to others. This has become our favorite spot after attending shows at the Ice House.

TLDR: don’t think about it too hard and just come here if you want to eat classic Indian dishes
I came here for dinner and did not try the lunch buffet. If you’re craving Indian food, this place can definitely scratch the itch. It has all the staples and the portion size is perfect. Food is fantastic! The servers are very accommodating to dietary restrictions and allergies. They are also very attentive, kind, and patient. Ambience was suitable for dinner- not too casual but not too formal either.

Food on buffet was not fresh and looked like it was there for more than 1 hour and was half empty!
The lamb curry was tuff to chew and bland!
The chicken curry had red color added?
The chicken tandoori was undercooked and I showed it to the server his response was because it was a thigh, he insisted that I should take a drumstick which was a smaller piece it would be well done !!
I did have an upset stomach after 1 hour after eating from the buffet.
So obviously the quality and hygiene was a concern, so I caution customers to check the buffet .
Food was below average.

I’ve been wanting to try this place out. My friend and I went for their lunch buffet. Located on the second floor, with a parking lot right behind (I found out after). It’s an affordable $20 for the buffet at the time of this review. The fruit chutney was a pleasant surprise and you have an option between plain and garlic naan. The rice was old and dry, but the two dishes that stood out to me were the butter chicken and saag paneer (spinach and cheese curds). The view of Colorado Blvd from the window seats was nice. The bathroom was a bit of a turn off for me, but nature called. I would definitely go again if given the opportunity.

New Delhi Palace is our new go to sit down white tablecloth Indian restaurant! This unassuming location really brings top quality in food, service and atmosphere.
We needed to find a place with great vegetarian options. It caught my eye when searching that the description of this place on Google Maps is “Vegetarian-friendly restaurant serving Indian mainstays in a no-frills setting.”
My wife ordered the Vegetable Korma and I had the Coconut Chicken Masala. We shared an order of Basmati Rice and a Garlic Naan. It was so good!
As I embraced my moment of food joy my thoughts drifted back to our old favorite Indian restaurant in Seattle. The food and atmosphere so similar that it felt a bit like coming home. We will definitely be going back.
So, if you are craving Indian food I highly recommend that you give this place a try.

I would love to give it a 3.5 in my opinion. First off the staff and atmosphere was great. Very clean and organized. Seating were spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was okay. I did feel like the rice was dry. It had a hard taste to it from being dry. Bit chewy. They had 2 types of rice a Yellow and white rice. Also, their chutney looked very artificial. Not gonna lie it looked like it had food coloring or something. Didn’t taste fresh. The tamarind and raita sauces were watered down and the chicken Tika Masala was also watery. I mean the creamy sauce foe the chicken shouldn’t be watery like soup, right? Or is this a different way of making it? Not sure but what I do know, is that the veggies like the zucchini and garbanzo were good. I mean they were flavorful and had a nice texture. Their veggie pakora had way too much batter and really didn’t taste like anything the mango Lassi had a weird concentrate smell to it. I didn’t know if it was expired or it was just that strong and concentrated. Well.. I hope they can improve on their food quality. Sometimes it’s better to make fresh food. I did enjoy their dessert but I really can’t stress enough on improving their food and flavors. And although they discounted drinks I feel as if though it was really compensating for the lack of quality. Nevertheless good luck!
