Humble atmosphere, mindful service, great food. Will definitely be coming back. Seriously my family and I are always swapping notes to see if anyone found a great Indian joint since our fave closed. Found it!

Absolutely refreshing and delicious. The mushroom burger made of mung bean with other spices was amazing. The spread that was on it complimented the burger with fabulous flavors. Having it be all vegan allowed me to eat amazing food with no guilt! It’s hard to find a place that puts effort into making healthy food and doesnt just think all healthy eating is a wrap with lettuce. This place knows what they are doing with combining flavors and good fulfilling food. I am going to come again for sure! Lovely place owned by a husband and wife with local ingredients and a friendly attentive attitude. Thanks!

All the burgers are great, but I especially love the mushroom! They make a delicious cilantro lime sauce and I want to take a bath in it. The golden shake is spicy goodness and pretty much I just love this place and am SO grateful for a plant based option near me. This is the only place I know of in the Lamorinda area. Thank you for being there for us!!

North Indian appetizers, street food and the standard main fare. Simple and delicious. We didn’t try the vegan burgers and fries, and instead ordered chole-bhature, kofta veggie wrap and samosa chaat. All delicious and not too spicy. Portion sizes are SMALL! So be prepared to order generously. Mango lassi was a bit sour. There’s no dine-in but there is plenty of curbside seating in the shade and they come out and serve your order.

This is New Delhi Bistro now, but they still offer Baagan menu as well. Unlike Baagan this is not a Vegan restaurant which was disappointing, but they have good vegan options and the owner is helpful. The naan that comes with lunch special isn’t Vegan, but you can substitute it with Roti or Papadam.

I can’t believe no one reviewed this place yet! I go out of my way to hit Moraga just for this food. Amazing Indian food, at cheap prices. Chicken Tikka, Chicken Korma, Lamb Korma. It is so amazingly good. Delicious Garlic Naan, too. I love this place :9

Absolutely terrible. Watery, barely seasoned, oversalted garbage. Went right in the trash after a few bites. Called to ask them to try the food and tell me if it was maybe an off-night, just to give them the benefit of the doubt, and they never called me back. Probably the worst Indian food I’ve ever had, and some of the worst food I’ve had in Moraga which is really saying something…

Finally a Vegan restaurant in Moraga. The burgers are great. We eat here at least once a week. I just hope they add more dishes to their menu.

I HIGHLY recommend the Chana Tacos. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this to vegans and meat eaters alike.

It is a relief to have Indian food available in Moraga, as a change from the usual Italian and Chinese places that have been around forever. The only downside are the 1950s style glass walls that make for a cold dining area in the winter.
