An unexepected treasure. The food is AMAZING! The workers are very sweet. The atmosphere is a little off, but to me, that’s to be expected in a small town. Best Chinese food I’ve had in Minnesota. Take out is very generous and the buffet is just as good.

This is still my favorite buffet, and I make it a point to try to visit every one I stumble across around this area at least one time. It’s opened every day except Monday. Best time to go is at 11:15AM a as everything is fresh and full. Honestly this place does do a worse than average job keeping things fresh and restocking for the dinner buffet, which is it’s downside, which is why I highly recommend 11:15AM.
The buffet size and selection are smaller (but still as large as Brookings and larger than Madison, SD) but the individual item selection is superior to other buffets as is the freshness.
I can’t speak to sit down chinese places that don’t offer buffets but as far as buffets go this one is worth a try.

My kids and i went there when it wasn’t busy and there was no fresh food. We came in there and she was sleeping!! My daughter had to slurp her empty drink just so she would refill it. But when we were leaving, she was eating FRESH food, not on the buffet!

I didn’t really care about your political views expressed on the waitresses shirt. Just wanted lunch. I would have walked out had I seen it before I got a plate but I already started eating. Food was ok. Just ok. Some was hot, some was not. Won’t be back. Don’t like knowing you don’t like me and people who think like me. Your at work, leave your opinions at home.
