I must say, lately they have upped their customer service. I was surprised they called me by name on my last call.

I ordered veggie lo me in, but when I received my food there was meat in it. I called and spoke with a lady over the phone, she was rude and went back and forth with me regarding my order. She wanted to be right horrible customer service. I would never order meat because I do not eat meat and especially not pork. If there was a mistake with the order as a business owner you try to correct that mistake. After going back and forth with her, the mistake was corrected. I will NEVER eat there again because the customer service was horrible she should NEVER be allowed to deal with customers.

I just found this spot about two weeks ago and I like it a lot. I’m vegetarian so they make it with tofu and they don’t put any MSG or eggs in it for me. The lady at the window is very nice once you talk to her and ask her how she’s doing but other than that it’s a pretty basic establishment. I do recommend it it’s on 54th Street right off 27th Avenue Northwest and very convenient if you’re in the area.
