I’m assuming all the five star reviews here are from people that have never left mayville. The food is barely edible. The chicken is gristle and rock hard. Most the food is just salty steamed veggie mix with no sauce or seasonings. We paid 45$ and had to wait 2.5 hours just to go home and make our own food.
This place is absolute garbage, i want my money back. Look at the pictures, it seriously looks like vomit. The inmates at dodge county eat better than this.

If you want to have explosive diarrhea for two days, then by all means, eat here. We walked in, to pick up our food, and were met with rudeness, attitude, and a feeling of not being welcomed. There appeared to be the owners family members, sitting there eating their dinner, and giving us dirty looks. Avoid this place like the plague. Garbage.

I got food delivered, we tried the crab Rangoon, chicken lo mein, pork fried rice, and general TSO chicken. All the meats tasted funny other than the chicken fried rice. The lo mein tasted freezer burnt. The crab Rangoon was ok at best. The pork fried rice may be called mystery meat fried rice. I would not recommend this place. High prices, poor quality. Food is edible though.

The food is very consistent. We have tried most of the menu over the years, and everything has always been delicious. There have never been missing items, but most of the time, we get free items. Whatever you order, you will not be disappointed!

Last time I ordered I received half the normal food for increased prices. The General Tso’s chicken had very little sauce and was quite dry! So I ordered Iron Kitchen sauce from amazon to try it myself. It tastes better and I can have all the sauce I want! I don’t trust I will get my moneys worth so I doubt I will order from them again…

Although they still do not offer dining in since COVID, It’s a great place to get takeout from.
I really wish that you could order online because that is the way most people like to do things these days, however calling in your order is quick and easy and the food is usually hot and ready within 20 minutes.
The food is pretty good.. Never had an issue with anything.

Sadly this rating is only because they advertise being open 7 days per week starting at 11 am. I called repeatedly on Monday to place an order to which no one answered. So I stopped by thinking maybe they were just busy. Big sign on door says “open 7 days a week”. The door was locked. Online menu looked great. I wanted to surprise my sister who just went into the nursing home down the road, with her favorite Chinese food. Good thing the restaurant across the street was open at least. I was very disappointed however.
